I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism from a company in my life! After I make an appointment on Saturday with their company to deal with a mouse infestation for a 12pm-5pm window on Monday, I am called Monday morning by the technician to say when hell be coming out, but he is completely unaware that he is coming out to deal with mice. When I explain why I made the appointment and what I was told by the woman who took my call, he tells me that was some answering service in Utah that took my call and booked my appointment and that she gave me a lot of incorrect information. He begrudgingly tells me that he needs to pick up bait traps before he comes by, but hell be there between 2-3pm. I said I would be here and I asked him to call me when he was on his way because I may be in the back of the house and I might not hear the door, and he said no problem. I then call the office and speak to the front desk to clarify what was included in my service since I was given incorrect information from the answering service. The woman at the other end talked over me and interrupted me the entire conversation, said that the technicians were the bane of her existence and when I inquired about humane methods of mice eradication, her response was who cares, theyre just rats. I was still able to get information about what the service included on that phone call, albeit it was much less than what I was initially promised when I booked the appointment, but I said that was fine and I wanted to continue with the appointment. 4:30pm rolls around and still no technician. I call the technician--no answer. So then I call the main office. They tell me that he came by and saw cars in the driveway but no one answered the door, so he thought he was being stood up. When I asked why he or the main office didnt call me when no one answered (even though I had spoken to both them at length just a few hours prior) she had no response. I asked to have the manager call me. James, the manager, calls and I explain the whole situation. He was incredibly rude and dismissive and said well, what do you want ME to do about it?! Then he hung up on me. Ive never expereinced such a total lack of professionalism on every level from a company. My advice: go elsewhere!

Phillip is very prompt and timely and always ready to listen to any concerns about bugs you have seen since the last visit. I live next to a creek and have several trees so my creepy, crawling population is quite challenging. Phil passes the test!

Reasonably priced and they were able to come out the next day after I called. They arrived on schedule and were able to assess and spray in a timely fashion. All staff were very polite and professional.

I’ve been using Cajun for over 20 years. We have never once had a problem. They keep bugs out, inspect for termites and even helped us deal with a swarm of bees. I highly recommend.

I dont even think they deserve 1 star! Claimed they sprayed the inside, which I doubt. Then claimed their truck broke so they couldnt finish spraying. Two weeks later....nothing. Absolutely nothing. Have called the office multiple times & never get any answers or a reschedule time. Would not recommend them.

I have used this company for 16 years, for annual termite inspection, the occasional booster treatment, the occasional bug treatment and once for yellow jacket extermination. I have had nothing but good service with zero complaints. They are friendly, prompt, easy to work with, and the prices are good. I highly recommend them.

I needed a termite inspection done for a home sale. The realtor missed it and it was Tuesday and the closing was the coming Friday. I called Bayou Pest Control, and they had someone come out on Wednesday for the inspection. They were so accommodating and had a great price. They saved us from having to push back the closing. I would call them again!
