Mr. Lenin Zubia is fabulous, always has a smile on his face!! He is so polite, respectful, considerate and great with animals. He is also very knowledgeable and informative about the products he uses. He is professional and does a great job treating my home. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!!

A door to door salesman came and solicited our business. We obliged because we saw a mouse on the side of the house and have a raised home so we knew that rodents could get in and we wanted to address that before it became a problem. There was also droppings in the attic which warranted the decision to pay for service. We were sold! We were also transparent about WHY we wanted to service. One set of techs came out and sprayed for bugs and set traps. The next tech came out, laid traps outside and then told me he was removing the traps he just laid- because Fox doesn’t service rodent control for elevated homes.No problem. They refunded us fully. Or so I’m told they will be. But here is the thing- the salesman came to my house- solicited my business. Saw that my house was elevated. And didn’t disclose we weren’t a good fit for their service. Then appointment number one came- and again, nothing was mentioned. It took 3 visits from Fox to let us know we weren’t candidates for their service? Really? Making a sale shouldn’t come at the expense of others inconvenience. I was initially impressed. But this put a bad taste in my mouth. If you have an elevated home- just know some of their services aren’t available to you. And they won’t tell you that until AFTER you’ve wasted time and money!!!!

Had a wonderful visit from Adam today who took the time to make sure all my pest control needs were being met and took a few moments to get to know me a bit as well which was greatly appreciated. He was very respectful of my property and had already tackled a mound of ants that had set up in my front yard before I mentioned it to him. Ive been using Fox for the last year or so and everyone has been kind, friendly, and helpful!

Bobby and Eddie were awesome!! They took care enough to search every place I told them there could be an insect problem. Bobby found a few live wasps nest. One even stung him. He won and they were eliminated. Both gentlemen were professional. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure to let me know what to expect the weeks following the spray. He was knowledgeable about insects and gave great advice about how he treated his own personal wasp stings. I’ll know how well the spraying worked in a few weeks but as far as customer service, these guys were top notch.

They got rid of all the bugs I DESPISED. 😂 they did an amazing job.Update review: so I do like the people that came and got rid of the bugs for me but I have to remove my stars because when I first signed up for this the guy that told me about fox pest control did not warn me about the termination fee. He just told me that I had to pay $40 a month and I can tell people to come in between the months if I still see bugs. Also he gave me this iPad to sign and didn’t explain anything on the contract about early termination fee (which is $150). Yes, I should’ve read it but the guy was moving so fast and just rushed everything like he was trying to hide about the termination fee and now I can’t even cancel my contract. I have to wait for 24 months and right now I financially can’t afford for this but they won’t even let me cancel.

Although I will agree with other reviewers that the door-to-door sales tactics are a tad off-putting, the courtesy and professionalism of every employee I encountered was exceptional.Mike did a great job explaining the service during his sales pitch and didn’t make me feel pressured into buying. The lady I spoke to to reschedule my initial appointment (an hour before it was set!!) was kind and helpful. Finally, Charlie and Eddie completed a thorough and speedy service.Charlie sprayed inside, explained some of the finer details of the job, answered all my questions, and offered solutions to problems I hadn’t thought to mention. Eddie took care of several small wasp nests outside for which I am grateful.Time will tell if the service is worth the cost, but I am well pleased with the initial experience.

Savannah & Eddie showed up on time and ready to go this morning. Both were very professional and friendly, and answered all questions confidently and quickly. Fox pest control is super. We have had rodent problems for months. We used a big-name company (initial A) service before Fox which made no difference. Foxs first service caught several rodents in a few days and the follow-up services are quick and professional. We definitely will recommend Fox to friends. So far, we have worked with Ashley, Ashlyn, Adam, and Erin from Fox. All of them are great.

Eddie and bobby are very nice, down to earth guys and very patient, I had been up just about all night with my two year old the night before they came out which ended up with us still asleep when they arrived, they called and knocked for almost 10 mins until I came to the door. Both guys were not bothered at all about the wait and seemed to understand the situation. They were both knowledgeable about the insects Im having issues with and I will recommend not only Fox Pest Control to friends or family but I will recommend these two gentlemen as well.

This company is awesome. I used to get huge ant piles all over my yard, and haven’t seen one since I started using them. Ants would also easily find their way into my house, and into my bed. Not even a week after fox stopped by my door, my home was ant free. All of the workers I’ve met have been very friendly and professional. I can’t remember names to save my life, but I know he is the owners brother and rides around on a big wheel board. He has stopped by my place multiple times, and always makes sure to ask if I’m happy with the service.Lastly, I had to cancel my card one time, and forgot to call to say I had a new card. It had been almost 3 weeks till I remembered, and I had already passed a scheduled payment. I called to change my card, and they asked if I wanted to wait to charge the card in case I still had any issues with my card or bank. Every other company I did this with just wanted the new card number to charge ASAP. I found this considerate.

I cant say enough about Fox Pest Control and their technician, Terry for the treatment we received yesterday. Weve been a Fox customer for a few years and weve been having more spiders than usual so we had a tech come out between quarterly treatments yesterday. Terry showed up on time and was extremely professional and polite. Terry spent the next hour or more treating our home inside and out with great detail. He asked permission to move a few things in the garage so he could treat the problem areas and even cleaned the entire garage of cobwebs with his cobweb brush. He checked in the attic and noticed a higher number of daddy long legs so he put out traps to help. When he was finished he made sure everything was to our satisfaction and answered any questions we had. Thank you Terry!

Great service from Bobby! He was very friendly and professional. One of my cats was not feeling well so he helped me get my cats set up in a tent before our yard service even though the chemicals used are safe for animals. He was on time and knowledgeable. Was not worth the money we paid! After a little over a year of have them we still have problems we did before they started! So after calling and saying that we were still have the same problems, they told me we were only allowed two (2) free spot treats after the service and they would have to charge me! Plus I was supposed to have them come in my home to spray around the base boards, but only once did they do that in that time! Every time I would say something to the technician I was told, oh well I only treat the outside of homes another technician would have to come out to treat the inside! One thing I also dont understand is why they invoiced me twice, before the service and after the service! (See picture) I have cameras around my home and watched the last technician not do hardly anything thing he said he did on the invoice! I called to voice my concerns and they guy on the phone said that he was not the person who handles that and would transfer me to the person who does! He gets back on the line and says, oh well they department that handles that is gone for the day, mind you it was like around 2pm! If you are looking for a pest company in the Ascension area, you are wasting your time and money with this company! I was able to treat my house myself and solved my problems I was having with one treatment!
