This is my nails on Wednesday after having them done on Saturday. Started chipping on Monday. Called the salon and the owner was more than rude when asked for a partial refund. I will not be returning! So many issues right from the start, but I wanted my nails done...

I absolutely LOVE this place! I would like to keep it a secret but these ladies deserve the recognition and any added business that comes their way from my review. So, ive gone to this shop twice, always right before closing. They always make me feel so welcomed and NEVER like an inconvenience or rush me! The work they do cant be beat! They are fast and precise. I always leave happy. I will say if you are particular in the way you want your shape just tell them and theyll do it exactly the way you want it. The girl at the front w the dark brown hair and blond highlights I LOVE her! Shes so SWEET. A bonus, the shop is always clean and its pretty! A perfect getaway for 20-45 mins. Its worth it.

So happy I found this place! The staff was so friendly and did an amazing job with my nails. It’s so hard for me to find a salon that I like, but I was so happy with the dip powder set they did! The prices are fair, much cheaper than other salons in the area, and they offer student discounts. Definitely try this place out!

The people there were lovely, so sweet and kind, as for the nails, i got a gel set that was 40 dollars and it’s just shellac and it stayed on for a week then fell off completely. They didn’t paint on the nail polish enough or dry it enough so it fell off as a whole and only lasted a week. Very disappointed in my nails and i paid just as much as someone who got acrylics whichwould last longer. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for long lasting nails.

I love this place, I always get dip done and one time I didn’t have time to go back until 6 weeks later and it was still on and looked good! Just looked a little rough bc of how much my nails grew out. But love the staff, always so kind and welcoming, plus they do fantastic nails.

I just went here for the first time. Ive been on the hunt for a new nail salon with someone who gives great pedicures. Well Ive finally found both! Tommy have me one of the best pedicures and massages ever! Hes also very friendly, which is a must for me. Also, Daphne, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and friendly.

I walked in and was immediately greeted and seated. Candy did a great job on my nails and eyebrows so I came back in the next day for a pedi. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing and clean, but the quality of the services is what seals the deal. They are great!!

This is hands down the best service I have ever received anywhere I have ever been. It is important to have someone greet me upon walking into the door with hospitality lacking nowadays but the service continued to get even better beyond that. It was relaxing, comforting and EVERYone had AMAZING customer service. Definitely my new go to place. Ivy is awesome and everyone else was just as amazing and helpful!!!! I really enjoyed my experience! I love my nails 😊 I brought my toddler along and they were all so friendly and accommodating. My little one sat in my lap practically the whole time! I am planning on going back next month! Ivy is so sweet!

Come to Nail Finiti and see Ivy and staff!!! I have had all done pedicure, full set, manicure, eyebrows and lip waxing its painless!! They go above and beyond in service to make sure to pamper you as much as possible !!!!! They’ve also hire more staff so they are able to do pedicures and manicures at the same time I highly recommend the. The decorative designs that they do on the nails is amazing !!!!!

My first time here 3-16-19 i ended up here when my usual nail shop was busy. They were able to do my 3 pedicures immediately. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job very thorough.

This place was horrible. The person who did my nails did a terrible job. I was the only person in the salon when they started and I had one person giving me a pedicure while another was trying to do my nails on top of my lap with the heat lamp. It was a cluster. I explained at Lester 10 times that I wanted the corner of my nails filed because they will snag on everything if not... eventually after showing an example and and they had filed my nails past my nail bed I took the file away and did it myself. I have 3 chipped nails within a couple days and this is supposed to be gel. They continued to try to fix my nail shape after the gel dried PLUS the polish wasn’t even to the side of my nails. Moral of the story this was the worst salon experience of my life.

The pedicure is to die for! They not only use their hands, but also a cured and oiled bamboo stick for the massage, hitting reflexology points on your foot! Skilled and very attentive... Ill definitely be back!

They are nice people but their prices are ridiculously to high. I called other nail shops for prices and they were 20 dollars cheaper than these guys. They would have more business if their prices wasnt so high.

The best experience I have ever had in my entire life. We were immediately greeted when we walked in the door, offered a complimentary beverage, and the service was quick with amazing results. Every staff member was so pleasant and amazing. They do incredible team work to give their guests the best possible experience. I will never go to another nail salons again. Ivy made us feel like family! I have never been so satisfied with not only the result, but also the experience. The price was more than what I have payed in the past, but the product is well worth every penny.

I usually read reviews, this is my first comment. I live in Destin, FL and still get my nails done at Nail Finiti. Kevin does a fantastic job and always has a smile on his face. I cant imagine anyone being unhappy with them? My mom visits from Texas and always wants to make time to get her nails done also. Great place!

Ive been going here since 2003! Kevin is amazing and so is Hannah and Pam. They are friendly and treat you like family! Im very picky and Im always walk out feeling beautiful! Ive tried many nail salons and they are the best😘😘💜💜💜

The saying you get what you pay for is proven so true in the instance of going Nail Finiti. Are they a tad bit more expensive? Yes. Are they leaps and bounds much better than anywhere else youd go or have been? DEFINITELY! Then again ask yourself does a Rolls Royce cost more than a Ford? Absolutely, and for obvious reasons. From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave youre treated like royalty. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is ultra friendly and consummately professional. It matters not where youve gotten a manicure and/or pedicure if you havent been to Nail Finiti then doing so will be an upgrade.

The workers are very nice, but their work is not. I paid $70 for a pedicure and gel set. It wud be no problem if one nail hadnt broken 2 days later and today another nail broke. It has only been 5 days since my nails were done. My nails are all shaped differently. Some bigger than others. I arrived at the shop abt 2 hours before closing. By the time the guy got to my nails it was almost closing time and he rushed. I didnt notice how bad my nails looked until I was in my car. This was my second time visiting this salon, but I wont go again. Their pedicure is ok depending on who does it.

My nails were beautiful, The customer service was awesome, however im a bit disappointed because I spent $62 on my nails and a toe polish and they started lifting up within a weeks time, the nails are beautiful but if they are coming off it defeated the purpose

Out of town visit... Tried Nail Finiti based on reviews here. Most of the staff was friendly, however VERY expensive. But thats my fault for not asking the price.... Pedicure+gel nails=$70! The low review is based on the quality of the manicure.... Gel was not applied to my whole nail & very uneven. Looks like its been on for a week or so already. Very disappointed.

THIS PLACE IS OVERRATED! I will NEVER go back to Nail Finiti again!!! I had to wait 10 minutes to be seated for my scheduled appointment and my manicurist (at table 1) was extremely unpleasant! She filed my nails will the electric nail buffer and CUT MY CUTICLE! She apologized but did not put any antiseptic on my bleeding wound! The rest of the experience was agonizingly painful as it was totally rushed and her techniques caused my fingers to throb for the rest of the day! I wanted a chevron design on one of my nails and once she realized it didnt look like the picture she left me at the table and started someone elses pedicure!! :( The next lady who TRIED to do the chevron design told me that she wasnt good at it and the person who did good chevron designs was too busy to help me. Needless to say, the chevron was poorly done so I just resorted to a polish over. I paid $27 for a poor experience, terrible service, and it wasnt personalized as these reviews say. Maybe if I would have gone to Kevin this wouldnt have happened. My friend chose an ombre style airbrush nail and now a week later, her nails are already chipping! Finally, Oh, while we were leaving the building, we did not receive a single, come again, thank you, or good night.

The salon workers were very unpleasant.... it is over priced for the service that I received... I have never experienced such rudeness... My advice is if your BLACK do not go here... Never known of Asians/Chinese to be so racist!!... Thanks for the Horrible Service which was one of my Mothers Day gifts...

Based on reviews I read, I decided to visit this salon to get solar nails. Within 2 days of receiving their services, my nails began to crack and break. I am very particular about my nails so the fact that they began to crack and break after such a short time bothered me tremendously. I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends.

Felt welcome and had a full set of acrylics done in under and hour. Will absolutely be returning.

My wife wasnt happy at all. They looked like they didnt want to do theyre job. The lady was throwing her hands like she had a attitude. Her nail on the middle finger is way bigger than the other middle finger. Nobody greeted her and she will not be going back.
