I’m the manager at Pelican Bay apartments we haven’t received mail in a week after I told the carrier to not drop the mail in the drop box he has stopped submitting our mail altogether. We are waiting on payments for tenants and we have not received them!

I use this location often and every time it’s a very smooth process. They’re very helpful getting my letters, packages, and international packages out safely and in the most cost effective way. Everyone who works there is very kind, efficient, and knowledgeable. The wait time is never longer than should be expected based on the number of people they have to serve - and I often go at lunch time.

Ordered package from Amazon, it was handed off to USPS for delivery. Waiting for it at my office, watched the mail truck pass right by front door. Didnt even slow down. Thought maybe package was on another truck for delivery and decided to track it about 30 minutes later. They entered comment that delivery couldnt be made because they had no access!! WTH? We were here, I was standing at door waiting for them to stop. What a downright disgraceful lie. Naturally, no one answering phones.

This week I needed to transfer my post office box address from the Perkins/Bluebonnet location, to the Government location. Ive already reviewed the Perkins location.About the Government location, I had an fair amount of effort in making the transfer. The staff were quite helpful, and they treated every question I asked, as though I was the most important customer they would help that day. They are excellent, and I expect Ill always receive great service there, just as I received from the staff at my former location.

Since I forwarded my mail to a P.O. Box at this location I haven’t been receiving any of my mail, The supervisor here is very unprofessional and is no help at all, till this day I don’t know where my mail is going!

Constantly losing my packages or marking no access after not actually attempting to deliver my package. I live in a home without a gate. Once the woman at the counter actually acknowledged that the carriers mark packages as delivered a few days before they really deliver them to make it look like they arent backed up. I never have these problems with UPS.

Theres one lady in particular at this location that is really sweet and courteous, but the good part of this review stops there. I am so tired of calling this location trying to figure out what they have done with the magazines Ive shipped through them. They dont even bother to take a second look or see if there is anything more they can do. On Tuesday, Sandra, whoever she is ( know her voice and she revealed her name in another convo while I was trying to figure out another issue) left me on hold for 25 minutes and never returned. With all the technology we have now, they cant even help me find the correct post office in another state to continue my haunt for a missing magazine. While some may say its about demographics, this post office is located within a central area, surrounded by plenty of business which I am sure use their services to say they are so unconcerned. Everyone wants you to complete customer services surveys about the service while in the PO, but what about after our packages are shipped and repeatedly lost. Who do we speak to then. They need to do better.

Friday at 14:00, the line ahead of me had about 7 people. Within what felt like a minute, I was in front, and thats with only two workers behind the counter. They were quick and very friendly. Definitely going back when I need to mail something else overseas.

I go out of my way to avoid standing in line here. I simply needed a label for a package one day and could not locate one and the clerk made it into a joke. The grass is un-kept and it looks terrible for a federal facility.

Worst post office in town. After every visit, I hope they privatize and start with this branch. Seriously, if you need to go inside to mail a package, drive across town or go out of town. The workers there will recommend you go to other branches because they say their system is notorious for going down in this branch, so even they recommend customers go elsewhere. Why is there even a branch there then. Fix your issues or close, they are a convenance to no one trying to mail anything when they are down as much as they claim.

They never deliver my packages if it doesnt fit in my mailbox. When I go to pick it up they cant find it. Its like this for every single package Ive had in the last 2 months. It takes me sometimes 4 days of asking for it before someone finally finds it.

I recently made an error in the address of an order I made. The order was shipped by Fed-Ex to USPS for delivery. When the package was rejected at the wrong location, I called USPS on Government and spoke with Sharelle. She located my package and held it for me to pick up. She was so patient, kind, and helpful with me. I am very grateful for her assistance and professionalism!

The mail girl sits in her truck for 30+ min.on her phone liking instagram pics and talking on her phone instead of delivering our bills we already get a late delivery as is. This is so disappointing. I just wanna slap the phone out of her hand and smash it and she knows were waiting by the boxes for our mail.

I rent a p.o. box and I still receive another persons junk mail. I asked them politely to not put any mail but mine in my box from now on and these people are still putting it in anyway. They are also very slow and delivering new mail to your box. My past p.o. would sort mail before the building opens and this place does it after 11am.

This office also known as the Audubon Station Post Office has the most horrible customer service. When you call, the phone rings and when they do decide to answer, you get a supervisor who sounds like she doesnt want to be there. Her name is Sandra. I would call and ask to speak to the manager and she would always say, well Im the supervisor. Im next in charge. I would ask to speak to manager again, and shell respond hes in a meeting. I would then request to leave a message and the manager has yet to call me back so I decided that I needed to go into the station to state my complaint with how they are delivering mail at my address. Before I went in, I called again and Sandra answered per usual and stated that the manager was in a meeting all day. I went into the station an hour later, and asked for the manager and he immediately came to the desk (what happened to this meeting he was supposedly in?). The manager, Mr. Johnson, is highly sarcastic, very rude and cuts you off before you can finish your complaint. He gave me this so called solution to fix my issue just for me to leave. I have been complaining about this issue since December 2014 and they have yet to resolve it. This station also, loses packages often and when delivered, they stuff packages in mail boxes sometimes causing the merchandise to break. This station is very poorly ran.

It depends on who you deal with. The regular mail delivery people, Ive had no problem with and they go out of their way to help me out. The special delivery people for next day, registered, or sunday delivery- they couldnt find my house (which has been in the same spot for 50 years) if I highlighted the address with neon lights and a big flashing arrow. No gate, fully accessable, no fence, but the driver reports that they cannot get to the doorGoing to the office, Ive never run into problems with the front people, but a couple of the supervisors there definitely need lessons in customer service as Ive had run ins where they didnt even try to understand the problem and talked down to both the counter person as well as myself.As to the building, pretty clean and well laid out. Not busy much of the day. PO box service could use some help as Ive ended up with other peoples mail quite often with my expected mail nowhere in sight requiring a visit to the front counter to fix it. Last issue, not sure if the phone number on the USPS website is correct, but Ive never gotten anyone to answer it when Ive called over the years.

Constant problems with this post office. My carrier used to be the one saving grace of this place but unfortunately he was transferred. Probably because he was too efficient. My new carrier will sit in the truck and honk until I come out with my toddler in tow to get my packages from her when its raining. One time she stood there and refused to carry the box to my door because she said it was too heavy for her. Yet somehow I managed to carry it myself while holding my toddler. Packages and mail are constantly misdelivered. One time when I got someone elses mail I took it back there and asked where my mail was the counter person looked right at me and said they dont mis-deliver mail and I probably didnt get any mail today. When I asked her how does she explain me having someone elses mail she just shrugged. They will make no attempt to deliver packages and mark on there notice left so you have to go in and pick the package up yourself. Amazon has a wonderful thing called Sunday delivery, forget if you get your mail from here. They will mark it undeliverable and then you just have to pray it isnt lost by Monday when you go to the office to track it down. A previous reviewer is right dont bother calling they wont pick-up. One time I was on the phone with the 800 number and they attempted to call there for me. They didnt even answer for them. One star is generous, if I could rate them lower I would. I wish USPS would just shut this location down like they said they would a few years ago.

Pay attention to what services you are using when shipping priority. I didnt realize USPS are in the business of selling me the most expensive options out there. They are funded by the government and are always bailed out by the taxpayers dollars but yet they really arent a part of the government. Stop bailing them out with taxpayers dollar, because when they make a profit, no government agency can touch their surplus.

Our mail is often not picked up. On multiple occasions mail has not been picked up nor delievered for three consecutive days. The supervisorss, when questioned, is dismissive and has no explanation of what is happening to our service.

This post office is extremely slow and does not deliver packages on time, as they are scheduled to be delievered! There have messages left stating they have been to the address when they have not. I hate dealing with this post office.
