TERRIBLE place to work. The pay is ridiculous, the dont pay for mileage and its up to you to keep your car maintained. They dont offer any incentives or bonuses. I wont say who or what but some of the current drivers under contract are extremely racist, diluted and flat out liars who are used to getting their way. If things dont go their way or you have a disagreement with one of them then they manipulate and lie to others in order to get you fired or relocated. For some reason, management holds these racists in a high regard and bend to their will rather than following company policies. There are a few good people working for the Baton Rouge branch but most are racist bigots hell bent on getting their way no matter what. Please do not work for this company. They lie about pay and will pay you less than you have earned. They are sneaky and will do anything to avoid paying you all of what you are owed. They still owe me over $300. Overall, this company is so mismanaged its hilarious and sad at the same time.
