Arrived day late for pickup without calling. Late for next appointment by 3 hours. Price nearly doubled from quoted amount. We couldnt even bring everything. Dont waste your time.

Here now in loading dock...it sucks...been here for a while...but the took the effort to come out and give drivers food gift card with message inside for restaurant across the street. Thanks needed that

Brown Eagle use to be a great place to work.Now days not so good.Being told things like if we Could find another job anywhere else we wouldn’t be there.The company owner want to get rid of senior techs.If we felt like we couldn’t be yelled at r cursed out we need to find another job.If you can’t work overtime find another job.Everyday your job is on the line.Having to stand in an upward position for 12 hours sometimes 16, .Which wouldn’t be so bad if you were able to move, but u have to stand in the same spot.Turn around rate is horrible due to the way they treat u. For senior techs they make your job a living hell.The job is easy the pay is good but upper management don’t know how to treat people.Overall be prepared to be miserable.

Its FCFS place, opens at 7:30 am but, got here early by 6:30am and had only two truck ahead of me, did not get dock until 11:00am.

Absolutely horrible customer service, they hung up twice in my face for asking question about thing they had no business doing . Will be filing a formal complaint with whomever is in charge . Please DO NOT handle any business with these inconsiderate people.

You arrive check in at the window and continue in line, you must see the signature sheet to know who you are following, loading quite fast. I had 3 trucks in front I was there about 3 hours
