As an employee that runs out of Shreveport, I go here often. Friendly people and clean.
If there were an option for 0 stars, I would give 0. I had a residential freight delivery that was delayed for 10 days after arriving at this facility. I called at least every day for updates, but only received rude customer service. Would defiantly not recommend for any LTL, or other freight service! Terrible customer service.
Not a consumer-friendly place. Signage is confusing. Huge place heavily trafficked with 18 wheelers.
Companys poor customer service and unusually long delivery times cost me far more money than I would have saved using them. Would not recommend anyone use this company for important deliveries.
Great place overall. Never had any issues with anything.
