UPS store 2305 has always provided anything I need!! Wonderful experiences every time!! She has printed out Mary Kay pamphlets for me as well as designed and printed beautiful posters for my school musicals!! My students are always so excited to get their keepsake poster because they always look amazing! I’ve dealt with the owner and multiple employees and they always have smiles on their faces!!!! Thank you UPS Store 2305 for being so awesome!!!!

The owner is repulsively rude and has no sense of the words, customer and service. The owner is a white, short, obese, woman with brown, curly hair. Today, at 5:25 PM, two other customers and myself were waiting to be serviced. One customer was at the counter, while the second customer and I stood in line. The only other person in the store was a UPS driver (tall, white, bald man). The store owner paused from assisting the woman at the counter, walked to the front door and as she locked it, said, Im closed so you may want to go to another store. We all gasped and looked at her. In my mind, I thought, did this bih just say that? We did not leave.The second woman in line stepped to the counter, the owner turned her away. I stepped to the counter and told her I needed my Amazon package scanned. It took a few seconds longer for my email to populate and she sighed. She scanned the code and wished me a good evening.I saw the first customer in the parking lot and asked if the woman is the owner. The customer confirmed and stated, she has always been nasty and rude.I use this UPS location on Coursey and Jones Creek because it is close to my home. But I will drive past this one to go to a farther location from this point forward.Do not patron this place.****** Response to Owners Comment*****1. The description of the owner was to ensure people identify the owner and not an associate when they are in the store; thus describing her accurately.2. Her reply re: stating we can go to another store as she locked the door was not accompanied by an explanation. So her written response is a failed attempt to gaslight because a review about her poor etiquette is posted.3. It is common for stores to lock doors when they close while customers are still in the store. It is not common for customers waiting to be serviced to leave.

My company needs rush orders done pretty frequently. The ups store has always taken care of my needs and made me a very happy customer. From shipping to printing they have always made sure what I needed was done perfectly.

Ive been using this particular UPS Store for many years. I used them when I had another business and needed a street address. I still use them even this past week to return some items accidentally shipped to me.I use them because Sarah is incredible. Her bubbly personality and excellent customer service keep me coming back! She and her mom have been great for this community, and I love working with people like that.

The UPS STORE on Coursey Near Jones Creek is a great place for copying, printing, . You can email documents to them a and pick them at your leisure. Also they accept returns for Amazon,The new remodel is great and the employees are always pleasant.

Employees are not friendly. They barely say a word when I go there. The store has no Covid-19 protocols. Staff dont wear masks. There is a plexiglass over the register but no signs on the door or anywhere in the store to even acknowledge Covid-19 regulations. I no longer feel safe going to this store. I will be frequenting the other store in the area (corner of Sherwood Forest) that does post and practice Covid-19 protocols.

Usually a good experience but employee yesterday decided to close earlier than posted hours. 3 customers waiting outside knocking. He was inside and saw us and refused to unlock gate or come back. If I cannot rely on you to be open, why should I have a dropbox or have packages delivered? If you do not stay open until 5:30 please make customers aware or change your posted hours.

I have used this UPS location on several occasions and every single time I come away with a smile. I think they spend all day thinking up ways to make our lives easier. It is just a wonderful experience. I never thought I would use that term in reference to a store front. Give them a try.

Went in on a Saturday. The store employee isn’t wearing a mask. The store isn’t enforcing social distancing. No hand sanitizer available. This is a public health crisis. Go somewhere that cares about your business and your health.

I patronize this store frequently and have always had excellent service. The employees are always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful; especially the time I had a large package to ship and the employee cheerfully retrieved it from my car for me. An added plus is that they sell the best greeting cards! I often buy several while Im there so I will have them when needed.

Just dropping of returns to be mailed postage paid Once they did help me go on line and email them a return label to print because my printer at home was being lame. Even then it was only like 3.00. Better than having to go all the way up to my workplace to print a label

Always perfect. They make everything easy. As a box holder I get discounts on shipping. They store my frequently used shipping addresses so I dont have to fill out address labels! Ive sent faxes there, made color copies there, purchased supplies there ... Friendly, competent, reliable people!!

Blonde heavyset guy is a lazy dude, so unfriendly and unprofessional...other staff members are courteous, but dont they get the concept of going a step beyond with regards to customer service. Its by the book...and the phrase you get what u pay for doesnt appy, nearly $40 to mail a lightweight felt oversized hat, but if you need to print a label its $3 for them to open their email and 10 cents to print label! Like other person said, dont expect any EXTRA help like helping lift a box or anything. They need a course in how to treat customers that opt for this VERY OVERPRICED shipping option. Ill never pay a penny to ship UPS again, USPS is more than 1/2 off UPS prices.

Horrible customer service! This blond guy with glasses who worked there watched me bring in heavy boxes and never offered to help. He acted like answering questions and working there was one of the levels of Dantes inferno. He acted like working there was such a pain and an infringement in his smoke break, which he took while there were people in line waiting. The worst customer service Ive ever had.
