I was not happy with the service I received. Found dirt in the corners of theKitchen and bathroom floors. Dirty dining room floor and trash in kitchenHad not been taken out. Didn’t get myMoneys worth.🙁

Workers are friendly and eager to please. Staff works with me when I need to change scheduling. They often work at my home when I am not there and have proven trustworthy. Guarantee Maids has cleaned our house for over two years now, and we have been very, very happy. The house is always sparkling clean when we get home from work, and it’s such a relief to not have to clean on the weekends.The company is also very honest: a picture frame accidentally got broken by our cleaner and she left a note letting us know, and I got a call from the company asking what they could do to make it right. Anytime there have been scheduling issues on their end or if I need to reschedule, Guarantee Maids has been more than accommodating. Very happy that they do such a good job at a very reasonable price.

Kim and Guarantee Maids has been a Godsend since my cancer diagnosis. Cleaning is one less thing that we have to worry about during surgery and treatments. We get a reminder email a few days before. If I have any questions Tiffany always respond quickly. Kim leaves our home looking and smelling clean...did I mention we have 2 dogs (in the house) and 2 college students? We have been very impressed and blessed.

If I could give this company no stars I totally would! Imagine the excitement of purchasing your first home and hiring a cleaning company to have it “move in ready” and coming in and NOTHING is cleaned. I spoke with Tiffany and gave her my areas of concern and she guaranteed me they would be able to tackle the task. Two ladies came into my new vacant home and did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I called the company to complain and all they said was they were sorry and could come out to reclean within 24 hours. I hired the company Friday because movers were moving us in on Saturday and I had to clean my entire home myself and they would not refund the $230.00 that was billed to me for two workers to play on their cellphones. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MOMEY WITH GUARANTEE MAIDS better known as guarantee girls.

This company has a 30-minute window built into their agreement in the event something comes up -- that allows that on their first appointment of the day, the employer tolerates employees not arriving to work fully ready to work. They were arriving late because one of their girls had to stop for gas along the 10-minute route to my house! At 20 minutes late, I cancelled their service. This came on the heels that they called me 4 minutes before their scheduled appointment yesterday to cancel! NEVER AGAIN!

Year after year they have been my goto for deep clean needs. We cant thank the girls enough for the peace of mind it brings.
