I recommend Chris service without hesitation or reservation. He was a super nice guy, very professional and helpful. He initially was called to clean the grout on my tile floor and it looks amazing! However, I showed him a room with carpet that had been used by 2 teen aged girls that despite my self cleaning efforts with a rented machine a month ago still looked terrible! He assured me he could get up the spots still remaining ....and as the photo shows....not only did the spots get cleaned but the carpet looks almost new! If I could rate it zero stars I would. No show for a 10:30 AM appointment. Phone goes straight to voicemail and he didnt reply to any texts. I missed work this morning to have this done. Im furious right now. Now I have to find another company who can do this on short notice. Very unprofessional.

My experience wasnt too great with this company. The cleaner came in, didnt even speak but had the nerve to ask how long has it been since the carpet been cleaned? Like why, does that matter if Im paying you to clean it. He had an attitude the whole ten minutes that he was here. Saying I believe hes a racist may be a stretch, but it was the impression that I got from him while he was here. Oh and by the way, there are spots in the floor thats doesn even look like he attempted to clean.

Chris was so AWESOME, very sweet, conversational and just knowledgeable in what he is doing. He Worked us in right away I called on Thursday and we booked for Tuesday. He was very knowledgeable on floors we had grout brick, he informed me throughout the whole process before he even started any work. The work on our floors before were terrible I honestly thought there was no saving it. Our home has been here since 96 and we just moved in a year ago and hadnt been cleaned by any prior owners. However, the work he did was fast, throughly and done extremely professional. My husband and I are so happy we will definitely be using him for other projects and most definitely will be referring our family and friends! Reasonable price, but mediocre carpet cleaning. They did a good job on the rooms, but the stairs still had a bunch of dog hair. They also made a mess coming in and out on my wood floors they shouldve cleaned up.

These people absolutely suck. My significant other was late to work for no reason. We had a scheduled appointment for 8: am … they never showed up nor did they answer any of my significant other and I’s calls . He gave me so much attitude while booking the appointment, I really should’ve known and trusted my instincts. How do I give these people 0 stars…smh?
