The concept of what Jani-King is supposed to provide is great - small-business owner franchisees overseen by a corporate support team; however, they have not yet figured out how to do this effectively. Complaints are not addressed adaquately or timely when the services you’re receiving are very subpar. Communication is horrible and your go-to person at the Corporate office in Baton Rouge, Bill Troupe, is an absolute joke. Fake and high promising salesman who doesn’t deliver. He won’t even answer emails or phone calls until you’ve reached out multiple times over a week or two straight. Then he only promises to come by and look into the issue and never shows up. Horrible customer service with snakey Corporate oversight who only care about the money. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our contract but we won’t be looking back. I recommend that you find another provider, there are still company’s who care about their customers but this definitely isn’t one of them.
