Saw this guy on the road… Drives very dangerously and recklessly. Tailgates vehicles. Has no consideration for anybody else on the road. Thinks because he drives a big vehicle he can be a bully on the road. If he’s a bully on the road then I can only imagine how his personality is and or how he would handle his clients & client’s property!! Couldn’t find a way to report him so this was the next best way!! I wish I didn’t have to have the 1 star b/c no stars is more appropriate. Don’t hire & don’t recommend to ANYONE!!

These guys are a joke. contacted the directy 5 times and my insurance contacted them 3 times . It was always we will be there in 15 to 30 min, then 90 or 45 min it would be another 15. Long story short an initial 90 min estimate turned into nearly 4 hours . If you have all day and enjoy being told nonsense then they the service for you

Last night (Tuesday, 3/30/21), at approximately 8:00pm, I turned onto LA 64 in Zachary, headed to Greenwell Springs Rd., and that is when one of this company’s trucks ended up behind me (white truck with red lettering on the sides). This tow truck tailgated my vehicle from the LA 64/LA 67 intersection in Zachary, through Indian Mound, and all the way down Greenwell Springs Rd., until we reached the red light at Magnolia Bridge Rd. We both turned left, headed to Denham Springs, and the driver of this tow truck turned left at the red light on LA 16. The driver of this truck was driving wrecklessly, riding dangerously close to my vehicle for 13 miles. This individual was driving at an extremely high rate of speed in the curves on Magnolia Bridge Rd., just past LA 1019, which caused him to cross into the other lane several times and crowd oncoming cars. This individual had a complete disregard for everyone else on the road. After what I experienced, I would NEVER trust this company to tow one of my vehicles safely.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I should have read the reviews first. They reel you in with a good rate, but their not on time, extremely unprofessional and will try to figure out ways to charge you more money. They didn’t attempt to deliver my car until after 9:30PM AFTER business hours but have the nerve to try to charge ME for a gate fee. Will never do business with them again.

Their company voicemail box was full? I was stuck on the side of the highway and they were supposed to come and get my car, but after 3 hours they never arrived and since I couldnt call them I had to wait another 2 hours for another company to come and get me. Dont use this place

They were awesome. Arrived soon that was said which was a plus. Very polite and caring with loading and unloading vechiel. Will call they anytime I need a tow

My insurance company called for them to come and tow me and they said they were 15 minutes away they just have to “switch trucks” ... 6 hours later I am still out here waiting. The insurance company said they paid them. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I WISH 0 STARS WAS AN OPTION

I would never recommend this company to anyone, they are scammers if you ask me. I paid them in advance to towe my car & they did not perform the service, they made excuses as to why they didn’t & did not want to refund me. The bad part about it my insurance dispatched them, I called the next day & the lady who answered the phone had the nerve to hang up on me when I questioned her about it. The next day Road Runner performed the service, thankfully my insurance were understanding after investigating & I didn’t have to pay again.

The people on the phone were completely rude and had no idea what they were doing. They constantly lied about when the tow truck was coming and when I asked for refund they got angry at me and gave me attitude. Eventually they said they would give me a refund but didn’t and when I tried to call back they kept declining my calls and had to call back from a different number. Absolute idiots!

Worst towing ever. I think? Because they never showed up. Every time I called she said 60 minutes and they are in route. After 4 calls and a lies later, I told them not to come. I will call someone else

Great service! Also a very reasonable price. The workers are very professionally and polite. I will use this service again if I need to.

I am excited to write such an amazing review for this company. Today, my family and I were traveling through Louisiana headed to Texas. I asked so many people for help and very few were willing to assist myself and elderly father, mother and son. So just imagine being stranded in nearly 100 degree (felt like 100+) weather in a place where you know no one. Luckily, the store manager and one of the clerks did all they could to accommodate us until roadside assistance sent someone to assist.My insurance company referred Secure Towing and Security to assist me and my family. From the time I received the first call, I was confident that I was in good hands. The gentlemen’s name was Theron. He was so kind and we felt so blessed to have such a caring individual to take care of us. He called several times to update me on his whereabouts. I am a female who knows very little about cars, so there was only so much I could tell him about what was going on so he just said to me, “I’m almost there and I will help you out in any way I can”. He did just that and more. It took him no time to get us up and running again!Kudos to you Theron! You are the G.O.A.T (Greatest of All Time)!!!! If your insurance refers you to this company I would call them back ASAP and ask for another company. They took forever and are very rude and unprofessional! Let me make this clear.I WILL NEVER USE THIS TOW SERVICE EVER AGAIN FOR AS LONG AS I AM A RESIDENT OF THIS STATE!When severe flooding began here in Baton Rouge, waking up to flooding waters has been very frightening and frustrating. When considering evacuation, I observed that my neighbors where taking some immediate action to have their cars towed out of flooded waters that may hold the potential for vehicle damage later.Considering that Im highly dependent on my vehicle as a student and that I just spent a significant amount of money on repairs. I decided to follow suit and use my road side assistance through my insurance company.Secure Towing was the contracted towing company sent to pick my car.Their estimated arrival time was 3:10pm. I arrived at 2:45 and waited. Around 4pm I decided to call them, as they had yet to show. They informed me they never received any information from my insurance company. My insurance company assured them the information was sent (i had a text confirmation as well). My insurance company had to DIRECT THEM on how to use their own system to see that I was in fact in their for that estimated time. They then informed me that they would now be an hour behind (they were already an hour behind due to error). So their estimated arrival time should have been around 5:30.Around 6pm, I received a call informing me they were 10 mins away. They arrived a little after 6pm. I had been waiting for their assistance for three hours. The gentlemen (named Chris I believe) who arrived with another unknown passenger was initially polite. I informed him that it was my vehicle and that it was indeed in my complex at the end of the street. Keeping in mind that the water was less than 3 feet high at the end of the street and not even close to a foot high were my actually vehicle was in the complex.He said to me that he was not going in there.I just got my truck fixed, I aint going in that waterI then proceeded to inform him that other trucks his size have made successful tows. A truck much smaller than his had just returned 2 hours before.He then proceed to ask meare you paying?My frustration and anger have now grown at this greed and selfishness. I informed him that he is here through my insurance company.He then told me that I needed to call his place of business and ask them to send bigger truck because he wasnt going. He was not going to do the job he was sent out to do after towing cars all day.I waited three hours for chris to ever so rudely drive off (with a smile) in his tow truck reminding me that he was contracted, leaving me to figure out my next option.I WILL NEVER USE THEM EVER! I WILL NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM TO ANYONE IN THIS AREA.
