From cold call to showing up, these guys were FAST! Why havent I used them before?!?!?Derrick is awesome at customer service and got me off the road quick. I think Ive found a new company for towing.

Highly recommend. Friendly and easy to work with. The tow was exactly how we wanted it. Also I forgot to get a copy of my receipt to be reimbursed by my insurance company. Got back in touch with Cool Cats a week later and he was very helpful in resolving this issue for me. Not only a great towing company but also great customer service after the fact.

Havent used this company personally but the gentleman. Told him my situation and was more then willing to go above and beyond to help. Wasnt able to fit me in his schedule but did the leg work to find me someone who could!! That speaks volumes to me!!!

I called Cool Cats Towing because my car wouldnt start and was given a time, took all my info and gave me the quote, so nice over the phone. Then right before they were scheduled to arrive, my son went out and started my car. I was feeling awful having to cancel the tow. But I called and he was so understanding and nice.
