Reliable Plumbing serviced our water heater on the day we called. Ryan called before arriving informing us of the approximate time he would arrive. He was very professional and after checking the heater, he knew exactly what needed to be repaired. After the repair, he waited to make sure everything was working properly. Extremely happy with this process. From the initial call, to the completed service, everyone was friendly and professional. The technician that performed the service was Ryan, and he was excellent. He fixed everything that I reported, and he also pointed out and fixed a few issues that I was unaware of. He thoroughly explained all issues resolved, as well as future issues that I may want to look into.

Gas pressure test was performed on time and broken gas pipes in attic were photographed and capped. Technicians were professional and very courteous. They answered all my questions.

Im very pleased with the work that David did on my toilet. I thought I would have to replace the whole toilet, but David saved the day. David also repaired my bath tub faucets on a previous service call and Im having no problems. Again, I was so worried about maybe having to replace the faucets because the fixtures are so old. David quickly accessed the problem and repaired it instantly. David is always very polite, fast and professional and gets the job done. Reliable, you are the best!

Baton Rouge, LA has been experiencing record rainfalls for the past several months. Needlessto say, when the sump pump for our pool up and died one evening, during a thunderstorm, it wascause for concern. You never knew if a pop up shower would bring sprinkles or 3+ inches.We had used Reliable Plumbing in the past and been very pleased. My husband called, explainedthe problem and was given an appointment for the very next day! Prompt is certainly apt! They pulled into our driveway 5 minutes early (their office called me 30 minutes prior to notify me :)In addition to rain, we were under a heat advisory! Starting at noon, the heat index was expectedto be in the triple digits for several days. 🥵 The time...High Noon!!! Our sump pump is located atthe end of a concrete walkway that leads to our pool gate. Even with a thin mat on it, everyone hasto wear flip flops and jump over the exposed concrete, or burn their feet!Eric greeted us with an enthusiastic smile! He introduced himself and his assistant, then went with my husband to take a look at the sump pump. After disconnecting itand testing it, he verified - it was indeed dead. Calling the office, he gave them the informationthey needed to call and order a new one. Eric left and was back in a flash. I couldn’t watch ashe carefully and expertly installed the new pump. He was completely stretched out - on that scaldingConcrete! I swear I could have fried an egg on it by this time, yet Eric’s mood remained jovial as hetalked with my husband and finished the job.They thoroughly cleaned up. Eric stressed to us, should we have ‘Any’ problems’ or even ‘Concerns’to please not hesitate to call!! And I have to say...Considering the fact that we had to get a NEWPump, have the old one disconnected and hauled away, a New one picked up and Installed, Wewere extremely pleased with the bill!The only thing that surpassed the bill was Eric!! The next time we need a plumber, we’ll be callingReliable Plumbing! I can’t recommend both enough!!

We had an under slab pipe leak in the middle of hurricane Ida. Reliable Plumbing was at the house the morning after the hurricane to repair the pipe. They were fast and very professional! I highly recommend them!

The pilot light went out on my water heater and I could not relight it. I called Reliable Plumbing to get a technician to get the water heater operational again. David came to my house and quickly had the water heater working. He explained what can cause the pilot light to go out and mentioned several options should it happen again. Eric and Leyton showed up at my residence at 8:50 a.m.--I showed them the problem with the cold/clear water from the A/C in my bathroom lavatories. Eric immediately went up into the attic and saw that he needed to install a portal that would allow him to clear the pipe of the clog using an auger/snake. He successfully removed the clog after installing the Tee and using the auger/snake. He and Leyton completed the job very professionally, cleaned up the bathroom area and attic, and was gone by 10:00 a.m. I would recommend Reliable Plumbing to my friends if they need plumbing assistance.

I had a major water leak and called Reliable to get it fixed in a hurry because I had to go to work in a couple of hours. Eric showed up in a very short time and got the leak fixed and I still made it to work on time. I had another issue that needed to be fixed but didnt have time to get it done that day. I called back a month or so later and Eric came back to fix that problem also. He explained every detail of what he was doing both times and kept me updated on what was going on. These man knows how to run a business. I called. The owner was at my house the next day to review the work to be done to replace my 2 water heaters. He gave a thorough explanation of exactly what would be done and why. He very patiently answered all my questions. One of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Ive used this company twice, and the workmanship is wonderful, but I really think they take advantage of people who are in dyer situations.. When u ask for a detail recipe of the work that was preformed they get amnesia.. Would I use this company again?? No..

Owner is horrible, and rude had service done several months ago worker broke snake in the clean out he knew it was to big, but forced it in anyways. Contact owner very rude wasn’t willing to fix the problem unless I contact my insurance company apparently that’s how he makes his money by sending out unprofessional workers. Now you have to file a claim with your insurance company which he gave them an estimate of over $12,000 which my insurance company refuses to pay all because his worker broke a snake in the drain. WARNING!!!! I rate zero stars, but had to put one UGH!

I have used this company a few times at my home on different issues with it being an older home. They got the job done the first time. Great service!

Needed some quick minor work done in order to pass an occupancy inspection. These guys knew I needed the work done quickly and tired to stick me with a $1200 proposal. When I called to question it the guy on the phone was rude and condescending. I delayed opening my business for a day just to find someone else. Roto-Rooter pulled the permit and did the job for $400. They also did not charge a call-out fee when they came out to bid the job like these guys do.

Please call other plumbers to compare pricing. These guys charged over $1000 to do diagnostics and reset a toilet. Over $600 was labor; when we called to get further breakdown of the bill we were treated rudely and as if we were wasting someones time. I would not recommend this business. Since they were unable to fix our problem and only offered a suggestion we have contacted other local plumbers and found that we could have gotten FREE diagnostics and the labor would have cost 1/3 of what Reliable charged.

Stay away from this company.Called them to clear a blocked drain. I was told that the pipe snake hit mud caused by a collapsed pipe. A camera, on a subsequent visit, was then used to explore the pipe which the company said affirmed the blockage. I was never shown the mud or the camera footage costing $400.00.The company was also unwilling and unable to provide the camera footage showing the blockage. Estimate to fix was $7,600.00. Time wasted with insurance company, phone calls, etc..A second company was called, Rotor Rooter. They cleared the line and showed that the mud was only a grease blockage.

These people connected my water to my gas line and then blamed my brother because he connected the washer and turned on the tap. They refuse to accept responsibility and when they finally came out to fix it they left every pipe they worked on leaking.

The owner has terrible customer service . Dont waste your MONEY and TIME!!!!

Needed a certified plumber to pull a permit for installing a toilet and sink to pass occupancy inspection. They quoted me 1400 to do that and pull a permit. Called the next company, they came out and did it for 350 and pulled the permit. Stay away from these over priced guys
