Working with Bath Fitters was a easy experience. My design consultant Shala White was very professional & helpful. We did face some delays but it was by of the weather. But once my installer Micheal LeMay arrived he was very friendly & professional. He did the job as I was promised. I wish more contractors was like him.Thank you again Michael & Bathroom Fitters!

I am so thrilled with my new shower/tub from Bath Fitters … and these guys did everything I, as a purchaser, would hope for. They arrived on-the-dot as a team of 3 men who I felt completely comfortable with having in my home. They were fast and efficient, working non-stop. The sales representative even popped by to ensure I didnt have any concerns. That night I got to enjoy the beautiful results of their hard labor!!

We are very happy with our new tub. Johauna went above and beyond to help us get everything we wanted and in a timely fashion. Ryan stayed late at the showroom so that we could see the models, then helped ensure that our order was exactly what we expected, and scheduled it for installation quickly. Brenda was helpful on each phone call. And the entire installation crew was quick, efficient, and professional. When I called about a silicone issue, Ryan was great about trying to quickly schedule someone to come out and repair it. Thank you all.

Outstanding work! RealGood experience. Very nice people, very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. Good workers. Definitely got our moneys worth! I wish I would have done it sooner. Product exceeded our expectations! Definitely will recommend to all my friends.

For some people having the best product available is the one thing they are looking for, for some others its having the best and fast service for installment, for some others, well, I cold go on and on but for me even though I received this kind of service the one thin that is important to me is what happens after the installment, the Customer Service, and would say that calling for simple issues and calling for more complicated issues would require a different handling of the situation, I had a more serious mishap but it was handled timely and courteously by every employee had to deal with and the one person I have to give credit to is the salesperson, Steve, who came out for my free consultation, he was as courteous and forthcoming in this event as he was the day he came to see me in person, this is what makes my review a 5 star rating, people talking to one another face to face and over the phone with courteous and respectful words explanations on one side and understanding on the other.

Rick was the installer and Zachary was his Assistant My Bathroom went from looking like something from a late 80’sto a Glamorous Celebrity Bathroom. I’m not posting my picture because l don’t want to see anyone else with my design and anyway get your own style. It’s definitely cheaper than Rebath...the service was amazing and l wish That I could give 5 stars...

Just want to say bath fitters did amazing job on our bath tub . We love how everything looks and the tub is safe for my father in law to get in and out of . The staff is very friendly and treaded us like family . I would definitely recommend them to anybody .

My husband and I are in love with our new tub/shower!!! I would recommend Bath Fitter to any and everyone. Everyone was so nice and efficient especially my consultant Johaunna she was amazing. Thanks Bath Fitter my husbsnd and I will be using you guys in the future as well.
