Had a small repair I needed done, wouldnt have taken more than 20 minutes for them. However, they were concerned with big ticket replacements after the recent storm and wouldnt even bother giving me an estimate. Thats just poor customer service.

I had an unfortunate experience here. The salesman completely lost my business, which was a 2,000 sq ft materials and install. He came to my house to get measurements for an estimate. When finished, he said hed get me an estimate in about 3 days. After a week, I called to see what my estimate was because I hadnt heard anything. He told me he completely forgot and would have it to me the next day. Well, another week later I called to see what was going on. He told me he had some personal life issues and that he had again forgotten about it. So he sends me a partial estimate (half the house) the next day. When I called to ask for the rest of it, he claimed hed lost part of the measurements hed taken and had to come back out to measure my kitchen. I declined and just asked that he quote me on the measurements he had, which he refused to share, to which he said he would have for me the following day. 1 month later, I still do not have the estimate he promised me. At this point, I have no reason to pursue working with Halpins Flooring America. All of their competitors have measured and quoted me appropriately and in a timely fashion. If this is what is to be expected through the process, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for flooring needs.Replying to the Owners Response: I am open to amending my review if you contact me directly and we can get an estimate done. We came in close to closing on a Saturday. The staff was very eager to assist us, no rush. They were all very helpful and knowledgeable. The selection is great, found the perfect bathroom tile! We didnt order yet, but was told it only takes a couple days to a week, which is awesome!Cant wait to go back and finish our project with their help! The price was great as well!

I had a wonderful experience with Halpins. The sales person was Sharice and she was wonderful. Mr Guy laid my wood floors and he was awesome. I had a terrible experience in the past with another floor company who messed my previous floors up badly. So I was very nervous about who to use . So happy I chose Halpins.
