Great place lots of part cars

There was an older accord on the lot for sale, saw an add for it on Facebook marketplace. I get to pull a part and Dana allowed me to start it up, and look at everything. I ended up purchasing it and she took good care of me. It was a pretty quick process, and I was out of the door with the car in an hourIf theres another score of a car like this Accord I wont hesitate to come back and buy again if I needed another vehicle

Cheap parts that youll need even though they might not have your vehicle but they have the option of searching their lot and an employee will even help you find the car you need. They have tools, carts, wheelbarrows, and let you bring your own tools. Overall happy and always going back to look for parts I need.

This is my favorite place to get my parts. I drive a hour and a half to get here but I always have a good experience. The other day I went to get a bumper and AC compressor. I wind up buy a car from Miss Humphrey. She was very polite she was helping me and she made sure that she spoke to all the customers passing by which goes a long way in business. This is a great place to get parts and good service 👍

Literally all I needed was to talk to someone on the phone. Couldn’t even get ahold of anyone. All voice recordings. The first time I called they hung up on me because I said I needed to talk to someone. If I could have left a review with 0 stars I would. All I need is a front bumper and a freaking headlight. If anyone knows somewhere close to Baton Rouge or convent let me know. I’m not paying just to go inside and look for a part they might not even have. It’s ridiculous.

Cheaper than I thought, the staff is pretty friendly and they text you when new cars come that you need.

The place had a variety of cars but they werent all marked in the computer so we had to search for them. The prices were way over priced too! But the service was very good and the employees were very nice.

This place has thousands of cars. Walk in, you pay a fee ( $1 if you have membership,$2 if you dont, locate the vehicle which you are looking for parts from and start working to remove your parts. They also give you 30 days with receipt to return parts in case its wrong or it doesnt work out, for store credit only. Cashiers mark the parts so they know theirs from yours, but its after you pay. A lot of mechanics use this place to save money. Sure mechanics tell you they use new parts when your vehicle is from the shop, but there is no way to tell unless you can distinguish the old part from the new one. Pull a part is an awesome way to save money.

Website said the vehicle with the parts was there. When I got there, their computer said the vehicle wasnt there. When I asked an employee, they said they didnt know, but itd cost $2 to go look.I dont like my time wasted. If you have time to spare, you may find what you need. Dont trust the website to be accurate on car inventory.My familiarity with Pull-A-Part has nothing to do with their database on vehicle inventory being wrong, or a wasted trip and risked exposure during a COVID pandemic, or having to pay 2$ for me to check a stores inventory for them.I changed my review to clarify what might have been misunderstood by the Pull-A-Part team. I hope it clarifies my experience for any potential customers.

Ok place if you need a used part. Its more of a search around the junk yard for your car. No system to tell you exactly where the vehicle is.

I came in to purchase a used carI was waiting on the car salesman to come off of lunch and I over heard a female I believe she is the retail manager tell another customer that was waiting you don’t want to buy a car from here, they are all junk. I wouldn’t buy a car from here. After hearing her say that I just left and definitely wont be back. This is horrible I feel she definitely should not be anywhere near your customers providing information that could possibly hinder potential customers she is very unprofessional.

While I mostly have positive experiences here, recent events have made me feel it necessary to leave some feedback. #1: On both of my recent visits, I have had a flat tire upon leaving the facility. Im talking about brand new tires here. The first time a piece of debris was removed, a long nail, second time it was a puncture with no debris. Both seperate tires and seperate occasions. I was able to plug both, Im not going to make a big deal out of it, but I suggest you guys take better care of your parking lot and other areas of your facility where vehicles drive. #2: One of the younger guys who works in the back who was operating a fork lift, atleast on this occasion, has very poor attitude and needs to be taught how to communicate with people properly and be respectful. Again, not a big deal to me because I know how to handle situations like that, but its only a matter of time before someone has an altercation with him if his attitude continues. #3: I look for specific vehicles that come up as being on the yard on the website on a daily basis, but it seems to be that every time I go right after they are listed, the vehicles have already been on the yard for atleast a week, not the date thats stated on the website, or what Im looking for specifically is already gone. Honestly Im just assuming here, but Im being led to believe that Pull A Part is removing these components to sell before the vehicles are moved to the yard, an employee is removing certain components before they are put on the yard for personal financial gain, an employee is telling someone to come get the certain components as soon as the vehicle shows up, or there is a reason why the dates stated they were put on the yard are incorrect. While it may seem minor, it can be frustrating to waste my time and entrance fee to find the vehicles Im looking for have already been stripped of the components Im looking to get when they have supposedly only been put on the yard a couple of hours prior. It would probably save everyone a lot of hassle to either have pictures of the vehicle put on the website when it goes on the yard or atleast list damage to the vehicle or missing major components that other similar major businesses do. I work in the automotive industry myself and deal with literally thousands of customers a month, so I can understand certain things that the average person may not understand when it comes to this field of work, but I feel these things should be addressed to improve the business for the future for all customers in general, not just me.

Never answers the phone. listed as having item I was looking for and wasted my 1 hour driving there and paying to go in only to find out theres no part for the vehicle I was looking for. even the people in front said they have parts for my vehicle but there was only a shell. as always, theres a group of people with all kinds of attitudes when asked a question. first time there and will be last time. dont recommend anyone go to this place for anything.

Drake( like the duck) was the only person to actually stop and ask if I needed help. If I could rate Drake individually I’d give HIM 5 stars, the rest of the staff I wouldn’t give one star. I was a first time customer and Drake gladly helped me navigate my search. The rest of the staff couldn’t care less about the customers experience or helping the customer. However Drake was the exception.They didn’t have the part I was looking for but they have a good selection as long as what you’re looking for isn’t newer than 2010 or older than about 2000.

The place is great. Whether youre a weekend mechanic, or a seasoned vet; pull-a-part will usually take care of you. This place is a great DIY junkyard for spare parts. Always a great time.

The yard itself has been organized fairly well and finding vehicles is not extremely difficult. However, when I got to the front counter and they wanted to charge me 70 dollars for three weather stripping pieces and three small interior pieces from a 2000 mustang, all of which in less than great condition. I just dropped the parts at the counter and walked off. I stopped by a salvage yard in MS and they charged less than half of that price for the exact same parts.If you need a part in a hurry, this is a good spot. If you want to get ripped off, this is a good spot.

We bought a truck from pull a part and it took 6 hours to get our paper work. Things where going good at first but when the manager realize my man was married her whole mood changed and started missing over us. Charged for papers work being notarized and wasnt notarized at all paid $18 + and was still jacked ! someone need to done about this. Didnt never go through nothing like this in my life this was very wrong and unethical. Not going back nor my family

There is absolutely no way to speak to someone at the store before going in! All calls are transferred to the call center which cannot answer my question. only the store manager can answer my question absolutely ridiculous! They expect me to drive 45 miles rather than giving a number that goes directly to the store! Horrible company with horrible customer service. Someone with morals and the know how to run a company should take over this joke of a business!
