I have been with State Farm in various states since dirt, roughly 1985. Janelle and her staff have never let me down, especially when a loss occurs. Theyre also on top of coverage reviews to help ensure we dont have a gap somewhere were unaware of. E.g. Water damage coverage in homeowners if, for example, the washing machine overflows. Compost happens. Be insured and be insured with Janelles team. And thank you for all of your help, Ms Vickie.
I have had 4 State Farm agents. 3 were excellent; Janelle was the exception. Her associates are clearly unfamiliar with the policies they are marketing (unfamiliar with liability limits or even where to look up that information, pushy on types of coverage that are redundant or unnecessary). But you have to deal with them because Janelle is virtually impossible to get in touch with. They make no effort to explain your policy or to address changing needs, and they miss discounts that you might qualify for. But what ultimately drove me to fire them was the general attitude of the office: if you dont know the answer, make it up. This becomes particularly apparent when there employees rarely do know the answer. When a customer catches an error, you do NOT argue with them. You investigate the matter, you remedy it, and you apologize if you made a mistake. Perhaps they will learn in the future . . .
Great customer service
