Great staff, with very prompt service. I tried getting a cheaper rate somewhere else and was about to switch in July, but I decided to stay and pay the higher rate because of the quality of service I received from my loyal agent and his staff. Cheap isn’t always good🤔, the other Company gave me a quote and when I got ready to agree to confirm what they gave me it wasn’t exactly what we agreed upon. It would have cost more money in the long run...I had to read the fine print because there were hidden cost. I never have to do that with Allstate it’s better to stay with who you trust! Take it from a loyal customer.

Ive been with Allstate since I started driving at 15. Switched to own policy when I was old enough. Been an Allstate customer now for almost 30 years. The office employees and Steve are very helpful and friendly. They call and make sure your insurance needs are still the same, helpful in making sure you get all of the discounts that apply to you. I highly recommend them for any or all of your insurance needs.I have auto & home policies with them.I even had a policy on my side by side when I owned it. Very reasonable.

The Root Agency has always been extremely helpful every time I have called to ask a question. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I started with Allstate 52 years ago when this agency was owned by Leonard Henry. The agency and Allstate were always responsive to our auto and home needs. Fortunately we’ve not had any need to file any claims since the agency was acquired by Steve Root. Steve and his staff have continued the excellent service I came to expect. There are other insurance companies cheaper than Allstate (I do some research from time to time), but I suspect the service will be subpar compared to Allstate and the Steve Root agency.

Steve’s agency is always very knowledgeable and quick to respond to anything I need. I have all of my business with The Root Agency and wouldn’t even consider another agency. Good people all the way around.
