They just dropped me for a issue they created by double charging me. When I brought it to their attention I said just take the money and pay next months bill with it since it was like jumping though hoops to get my money back. So they send me a check in the mail when my next payment was due lapsing my coverage ultimately having my license suspended. I had to pay dmv 100 dollars plus reinstatement and another deposit with them to get my coverage back. Now they dropped me because of that which was in November last year and didnt let me know. I just found out from dmv. I have never missed a payment in 2 years and this is how Im treated. What a disorganized company and staff for the aquations.

GIECO is a horrible insurance company. Since moving to Louisiana, I have had so many issues with GIECO in regards to understanding my financial circumstances, providing effective communication, having supervisors actually call to follow-up, and the list can go on. I have been with GIECO since 2013 and with various vehicles and have never had this many issues and dealt with individuals who show no respect or empathy. If you can avoid I encourage all to do so.

Hi, i was forced to send and email on 10-09 to cancel my policy. I received an email back a day later say that the policy had been canceled.However, today i see that my monthly payment has been deducted from my checking account. I need this money back IMMEDIATELY.This poor customer service and high rates very much underscore reasons why i separated from Geico. I hope management is able to guide the company from this rut back to the great company it once was.To add to the insult of nonexistant customer service, i recently found out i was being over charged $50.00 a month by Geico and Ive been a customer for 10 plus years. Obviously they refused to match the lower rate..Later Lizard....

They have decent rates, however the overall price point is still high compared to many.
