My first apartment and very satisfied!!! The Ms Kesha and the entire staff makes me feel very welcome!!! Anything I needed they took care of it for me instantly!!! I love being in a safe gated community!! Super quiet SUPER CLEAN! Stylish!! Everytime I invite someone over I get major compliments! I definitely say this is a great place to live! Even the air smells different

It floods there for one. And it was summer time and we had no AC and the office staff was in no rush to fix it. Would not recommend.

Went for a tour and they’re the nicest staff I’ve met by far.UPDATE: it floods!! Very badly were we had to get rescued off the property May 17 2021. When moving in we were told those problems were fixed but ended up losing cars and such afterwards. Literally made it a year and that’s it.The situation afterwards could’ve been handled properly with management. They only compensated downstairs residents even though upstairs didn’t have power, air did not work (underwater), and everything smelt like mold! No one can live in those conditions but they wanted you to. Save yourself the trouble of moving here and losing your belongings until they fix this fish bowl.Maintenance was decent when it came to fixing things, gate was always open more than it was closed, if you’re a visitor park in visitor or you’ll get towed/booted. Not too bad of an apartment but the area overall sucks until they tear these apartments completely down and raise them up.

This place is amazing it will make a year in April for me and the management is amazing! They handle all situations sooo fast ! It’s very clean and well put together! I love these apartments

Great office staff at Siegen Calais! I love the improvements that they have made. Im looking forward to using the new pool that was just installed when the warm weather returns.

The office staff was Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!! Communication skills under the rector scale. My phone calls where never returned neither where my emails. 2016 but as of 2018 office staff where polite and communication between myself and office staff where great she was responsive in a timely manner. I signed a lease but never took the unit because I had a bad family incident paid deposit sent Emil’s with reasonable facts on why I couldn’t move in and my deposit was kept no calls returned and the leasing period was put on my credit report, the deposit I was told was used towards that. Learning experience but a very expensive and painful one being they decided not to rent to me a year later but that well maybe a significant reason God doesn’t want my family there. And you wonder why it flooded the way it did

I absolutely love this property! The property manager amd assistant manager are by far the best amd most helpful individuals I have encountered with. They have made my stay here worth while. This is my first rental property and im so please I just decided to resign my lease for a little while longer. All issues, complaints, and concerns has always been handles very professionally. They have accomadate me and my family at all cost with the few complaints I may have had in the past. My neighbors are very pleasant whenever I see them because I hardly ever see anyone coming or going which is a plus. Safe environment for my 3yr old daughter as well. I highly recommend this property to any famiily or individual for comfort and a peace of mind when it comes to finding a place you can call HOME!!☺💜

I live here && LOVE it! When it was called chateau wein the managers were garbage, but ever since the management has changed this place is changing for the best && the new management are caring, loving && care about the safety of their Tennants! Much respect & gratitude to the ladies running the office as well!! 💙

If I could give 0 stars I would. MGMT is horrible!!!!!!!! Tara is childish and very unprofessional. Previous MGMT was great compared to Tara. Upon moving in everything/everyone was nice (still never professional). However, everything in the apt starts to break at the same time. Theres trash everywhere outside...raccoons practically own the place. Units are OVER PRICED. IT FLOODS when it RAINS!! Not to mention the PEST problem...Id kill a BIG TREE ROACH every other day (and pest control barely comes). Theres never any parking spaces & dont dare park in the resident parking when youre a visitor. TARA ACTUALLY CALLS THE TOW COMPANY. By the way, THERE IS NO CURB APPEAL for the price of the rent! RUN far from here....dont say I didnt warn you.

Its so nice . I wouldnt mind living there an its pet friendly.

**Update**I thought it was appropriate to update this review since several changes have occured. Firstly, the complex is now Seigen Calais due to new management taking over. There are also renovations underway-addition of a pool, playground, and new laundry facilities. I truly believe that the intent is to create a place where residents are proud to call home. The front office staff is curteous, kind and easily approachable and recently have coordinated events to give a sense of community-door prizes, contests, etc. Ive even seen special move in incentives for new tenanats. With that being said, there have been a few hiccups along the way.Because of a lax system in the past, the apartment is desperately trying to impose/enforce rules and regulations that should have been followed in the first place. This can be met with contention from some, but are not deal breakers for me personally. For example, fees have been added for those who do not clean up after their pets if caught, towing and booting has become more consistent, and entry into gates/speed limits have been strictly enforced. These are all great things to keep the apartment clean and safe-when applied effectively and people are held accountable.****The down side****The gate does not always work. One more than one occasion, I have used my entry key and the keypad with no success. I understand that this may be a technical error, but it places undue stress upon a resident who cannot access their apartment and has to make the choice whether or not to enter in through the wrong way and risk being penalized.Cleaning up after pets is important, but despite providing areas and bags for disposal, many residents still dont abide by the rules, partly because there is no real monitoring. More importantly, because of children, residents should keep pets on leashes. I have seen too many instances of dogs roaming free, sometimes while children play, which can be cause for disaster.Lastly, booting and towing has been more consistent. The guidelines are simple-register with the office, obtain a permit sticker, place it in your vehicle. Additionally, dont double park, park illegally (restricted or marked) and everything should be fine. BUT today, one of my vehicles was booted despite having followed the rules. I contribute this to an error made by the towing company and their lack of a flashlight. Hopefully, management will be able to rectify the situation (good thing I have two vehicles, as this mistake would cost me to lose money at work, which is obviously used to pay rent 😑).For the price (1-4 bedroom, $850-$1050 I think), location, proximity to businesses, upgrades, and general quiet and comfort, Siegen Calais is worth taking a look at. (Well see how I feel after this boot situation is resolved 🙄🙏😂)All the best.

In the middle of an area that badly floods badly on a regular basis. Beware the bottom floor, and watch where you park your car, too. Be prepared to evacuate at the drop of a hat.

This apartment complex has to be one of the worst places I have ever lived. Office is rude, maintenance is incompetent. There are never any parking space and they complain to you about every little thing. You can never get in touch with the manager because she is never available!!

Im tired of these apartments...word of advice, never try to live here unless needed too
