I have been a tenant @ Avalon Apartments for almost a year and a half and it has been an awesome experience! I had a few issues that needed immediate attention and after informing Sonitra, Robi came very quickly to address those issues! Thanks so much!!!

I just moved in this month, I love the black appliances and the overall apartment is perfect since its just me. However, recently the this complex has switched workers and maintenance all within a few months of me being here. Office staff are hard to contact and I already regret making a decision to live here. Another unfortunate thing is the water does not stay hot long enough for you to take a decent bath and the plumbing easily gets backed up.

Very rude manager not happy can’t even fix a flat in the parking lot and ima resident have ur car towed that’s unbelievable definitely not recommended

The new apartment manager Cassie was awesome. Ive been dealing with this apartment complex since June and it has been a horrific experience, until the new apartment manager Cassie took over. I want to take the time to personally thank you for handling the situations that I needed

I had a wonderful experience getting an apartment here it was quick and easy. Ms. Kiana and Ms. Cassie made sure I was well taking care of they made me feel very welcome and at home already. Very nice. Newly renovated apartments, quiet setting. Apartments are very spacious with wooded cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Comes with washer and dryer, which is very convenient for me, carpet throughout. Nice back yard patio for barbecuing, patio furniture, and family engagements. Maintenance staff comes in a timely manner, always within 24 hours prior to order being put in, or same day depending on the emergency of the situation. No pest problems. Management is awesome, always there when needed, and often does engagements to try to bring tenants together for a night of fun. I highly recommend Avalon Apartments to all my family and friends.

My mother used to live here and the times I visited and spent the weekend there it was great. Its under new management now and looks so much better.... Surely a place Id like to raise my kids

Very nice. Newly renovated apartments in very quiet surroundings. Only downfall is the square footage of 2 bedrooms doesnt compare to most apartments in its price bracket.

Flooded out.Only partially renovated.Horrible plumbing.Located in high crime rate area.Flooded appliances
