David and his Team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They were able to get to us quickly and do the repair in the same day. They even recommended a water restoration company who also came out the same day. I highly recommend them if you have any leak or plumbing need.

I had a water leak that another well-known plumbing company was unable to find. They gave up after three visits and sent me a large bill. I called Cajun Maintenance for a second opinion using their leak detection service. David arrived at 8:00, found the leak and quoted a reasonable price for the repair. We also hired him to do the repair. He showed up on time to do the repair and got to work immediately. We are very happy with his work and will choose Cajun Maintenance for our future repairs.

My toilet tank cracked in the middle of the night and flooded my house. Cajun Maintenance came and replaced the tank quickly and for a reasonable price.

Called and asked for estimate for clearing yard drains. Was told Jody would be at house between 7-7:30 next day and if we agree on price he will do the work on the spot. Next day arrives and they call and say he will be late. He shows up at 8 and looks at the work and says $175 an hour and no idea how long it will take him. I say lets work 1.5 hours and see how far we get (I think the job would have taken less than an hour as I used to do the same work when I was younger, with older equipment). He agrees and says he has to go get his equipment. We wait for 4 hours and Jody never returns. We call their office and Lees cell phone with no answer multiple times. We wait several more hours and call again, and no answer, no Jody. No notice to us of their decision to not take the work. A very unprofessional experience with this company. We waited all day for them to return. I used Google and Yelp to pick this company and we can not agree with all the positive comments posted. We look forward to hearing the owners response to this post.

We had Cajun Maintenance out to install a thermostat last week. The young man who came was polite, dressed in a uniform, well spoken, and he did his job in a very timely manner. Their pricing was very fair as well. I would recommend Cajun Maintenance to my friends.Bobby K.

I contacted Cajun Maintenance in regards to a plumbing issue one of our tenants was having at our shopping center. The issue occurred after hours but I had no trouble getting in touch with their dispatcher. I was contacted directly by the plumber who kept me updated as to his arrival time. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly, helpful, and speedy in their response. I have also used United Fire & Water on a few occasions so I do have experience with their employees. I had a hot water heater leak and this company came out and suggested a replacement unit for $1500.My husband came home and tightened the water line connectors. I no longer have a leaking heater.The repair man did not even put a tool to the connectors to try and weed out the obvious.It seemed like all they wanted to do was sell me a new unit. Sad 😧, what happened to honest people.

I highly recommend Cajun Maintenance. We had a issue with the water backing up into the wall behind the bathtub. I was expecting my plumbing issue to be a long drawn out thing (my past experiences) but that wasnt the case at all. Cajun Maintenance was on top of the ball. David came out, figured out what the problem was and came back the next day with the part that was needed and it was fixed quickly and efficiently! Very professional service.

I called Cajun Maintenance today and Mr. David answered. I asked if they were working today since most people were observing Veterans Day, he said yes. I told him the problem I was having and he said he would have some out in an hour but they would call 20 minutes before coming. Well Daniel called probably about 15-20 minutes after I had hung up with Mr. David and said they would be here in 10 minutes seemed more like 5 min. I showed them the problem and they got right to work had all they necessary parts and tools on their truck. Explained and showed me everything they were doing. Very professional, respectful, timely and knowledgeable. Thank you Mr. David, Daniel and crew for coming out and fixing my plumbing issue. Overall, I had a very disappointing experience with Cajun Maintenance. I called them to either repair or replace my water heater. They replaced the thermostat and heating coil (almost $400). The hot water went out again two days later. This time, I was told the water heater needs to be replaced- and that I will not be reimbursed for any of the labor costs from the repairs two days ago. This is unethical for a company who claims to care about their customers and advertises Fixed right the first time on their website. The person I spoke with on the phone was clearly concerned about making as much money as possible, by whatever means necessary, and with no regard to the customer. The invoice doesnt even break down the cost of parts and labor. They also told me an estimate to replace the water heater would be emailed in about an hour. Its been two days, and I have yet to receive this estimate.

Had a nasty old AC that needed to go. Called around for quotes- Cajun Maintenance offered the most reasonable price and the most normal, friendly service. Everything was straightforward, no annoying upselling, and install was a breeze (for me). Would certainly call again.

Came in and did triage on my crisis. Worked hard to schedule follow-up around my work. Were fast, efficient, polite, and accurate. Ive had no problem with the work since.

Was in a bind and had Cajun come out. Service technician seemed agravated he had to be here. Ran a snake through 2 clean outs and said he couldnt do anything else. Needed another cleanout on other side of house. Gave me another plumbers number and left. No fix, but still charged me $95. Wouldnt use these people again on a dare.
