Ive taken my vehicles to Mavis for the last 12 years. Always great and friendly service always done and a timely fashion. I know a lot of women struggle with finding car repair places when they go in by themselves but Ive never had an issue. When I have questions theyre more than happy to explain it and they dont mansplain.

I stopped by to have my trailer tires changed, dropped them off, and picked them up. Very easy, I only spent about 5 minutes in the shop.Tires are great and working. I met Dustin and Dave at the shop. Both friendly and upfront. No surprises! Things were what they said they were, which is what we all want in the end. Trustworthy conversation.Two days later, I needed to get an oil change. 8 quarts, full synthetic. I was concerned about the price.The price quoted was reasonable and service fast!Thank you to the crew and management. Your service is highly appreciated!

This Mavis location is always a pleasure to work with! Service is always excellent, and staff is nothing but kind, courteous, and friendly. Spoke with Dustin this morning, and he was dealing with an unexpected power outage when I walked in, yet was STILL incredibly professional and personable. I have been going to Dunn Tire for a couple years now for things I cannot do myself, and they always help me out when needed. The management is awesome. The team is friendly and knowledgeable. I have found my place to be for these things. I would highly recommend them for their services.

Awesome service, will always come back to this location. Went for NYS inspection and oil change and this was done in a timely manner despite them being understaffed. Have taken all my vehicles here for years. They do good honest quality work. I recently bought a set of tires from them, and included the $9 roadside hazard coverage. Im glad I did. With only 900 miles on the tires I hit a curb and gouged the sidewall of my tire. It still held air but the gouge was deep. Some other shops might just say sorry it still holds air and the damage was your fault anyways. But the guys at Mavis replaced the tire under the roadside hazard coverage. All I had to cover was $30 (much cheaper than a new tire). Ill be purchasing more tires from Mavis in the future. A big thanks to Dustin for his help!

I want to thank Dustin the manager and Kevin the technician for taking such good care of my car in a timely fashion they treated With respect and were very kind and very easy to deal with they did a fantastic job repairing my car everything is promised at a very reasonable price. I think both these gentlemen need special recognition because this is all people should be treated when they do business it doesn’t seem to be the way anymore but they got it down perfect and again I want to thank them so much.

I was able to get two cars in for service and back in same day. The employees were really nice and honest. Will be my go to place from now on.

I had just realized I had a very bald tire. I happened to pull into Batavia Mavis for tire estimate, the price was good as well as timing. They got me right in, and even did rear end alignment. Difference in vehicle (jeep) is amazing!!! Staff was great. Was very happy.

SHOPPER BEWARE!!!!! Quoted $317 on Friday, go to pick my car up after refusing alignment and the price is $371. Said it was because of the alignment, when I said I didnt have one then it was valve stems and other reasons. Said not paying that, was quoted $317, gave as many discounts as he could got me down to $332. Then didnt even put my donut away. NOT IMPRESSED and wont be back!!!

They quickly identified what was causing the leak, patched the tire, called us and described the issue.
