We scheduled to have our car worked on while we were out of town. It was very convenient . The car needed quite a bit of work and Bill was able to take care of all of it and had the car ready when we returned. Been running great since.

We took the 67 Nova into a Auto repair shop on Evans Street in Batavia for front end alignment . Well what a experience! I went to pick up the car and pay! The Owner yelled and scream at me about stopping in the business without him calling him first! WTF You have got to be kidding me! He was having some kind of fit! I have never ever been treated this way before! This is how he treats a new customer? I wont doing business there again! 👎👎👎👎👎

I live out of town, soI had Bills Auto check a used car that I was considering purchasing from a local dealer. They were very thorough and detailed in their inspection, and ended up finding evidence of body work that I had missed. And no, I hadnt checked the Carfax yet. $50 was more than fair for the hour they spent. Thank you to Bill and Tony for the extra time they took to explain what they found and answer my questions. If I lived in Batavia, this is where I would go for service.

Best mechanic in town!

I dont know if these other people are family or friends, or are receiving some direct compensation for their reviews, but this place is a scam. Every time I come in for a tiny service, this place will tell me I need to have the entire car replaced. Its absolutely ridiculous. I came in for a headlight replacement, and he tried to sell me a $70 oil change and then for some reason was apparently looking at something else and told me those need to be replaced IMMEDIATELY, for well over $400. I didnt ask you to look at anything else, I asked you to REPLACE A HEADLIGHT. I took it elsewhere to be looked at and they said it was nowhere near as imminent as they made it sound. Every time you take it there they will try to turn a puddle into a pond. Just save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere...
