Amazing work, friendly and dedicated technicians, and beautiful results. Our job was a big one. I wouldnt say our furniture was abused as much as its been completely neglected. Weve been too afraid to treat it incorrectly, so we left it alone... for 20 years. We were thrilled to find Steves business and see the restoration photos. We jumped in with both feet and had a couch and 2 chairs worked on. Chris and TJ spent the majority of the day resuscitating our furniture, and when they were done, we were stunned. They are perfectionists who work until theyre happy with the result. Technique was friendly and responsive to our inquiry, gave us an accurate quote and charged what they quoted. We shouldnt have waited so long to get the work done, but were so glad we did — it gave us a chance to find Technique so we could get the work done right.

This guy is magic! Our old leather sectional had stains and scuffs and cat scratches. It now looks new. He performed the same magic on a worn recliner. The results are beautiful and we were able to use the furniture that same day. We saved a ton of money and could not be happier with the results. They were fast, clean and efficient. We’ve owned these beautifully made leather recliner couches for almost 30 years. Over time & dogs jumping on them, the leather has become quite worn & cracked. I bought my family room furniture many years ago from The Leather Center. It was very expensive, but it withstood dogs, children and overall heavy everyday use. Hard as I tried I could not get it clean and the leather on a few cushions were cracked from extreme sun exposure (no window coverings). I thought of replacing the furniture but could not find comparable quality or style. I called Technique to clean and restore hoping for the best. Steve and Chris did an excellent job cleaning and restoring my 25 yr old furniture. I recommend him highly.

I contacted Steve because our Mies van der Rohe sofa had a tear in the leather. He quickly gave me an estimate for the repair after I sent him a photo, and within a week he came to our condo and repaired the tear to the point that it is impossible to see. Additionally, he completely cleaned the sofa leather to the point where it looks absolutely new. His work was meticulous, professional, and far beyond my wildest expectations. Steve just finished dyeing and restoring a couch and 2 recliners. He did a great job! He had worked on the same couch 10 years ago. It again looks like new. I did not think the recliners were going to be able to be restored due to cracked and worn arm rests and rope around the seat. But they again look like new. He also cleaned them and the couch. Love that I dont have to go out and look for new furniture at this time. Steve is the best!

Will only last 9 days. I live alone and there is no-one but me sitting on my furtniture. He cleaned the sofa, then blew (with his mouth) the color on my sofa with some kind of straw. Thats it ; no additional sealing to hold the color on. I asked about it and he said is was not needed. I was rightlfully worried. I waited 2 times as long as reccommended before sitting on the couch after it was so-called done. Of course, once it it dried and I sat on it the coloor fadded right off. In 9 days, I was back to how it was before I wasted $600. Called and left a message bu no response. Rip off. Zero stars.

Steve repaired a 5 year old couch with large rips on a cushion and places where the finish and color was coming off. He made it look brand new. I highly recommend Steve and Technique. Worth every penny.
