I needed a rental car when my car got hit and was in the auto body shop. Insurance paid for it so I cant comment on prices. But even with a long wait list I was able to get a car in a few days. It was clean and ready as soon as they said. Smelled fine and fit my needs. I didnt ask for a specific car just one that would fit 2 car seats. Staff were friendly and answered all of my questions. Taking it back was a breeze and quick, I was grateful because I had a broken foot and didnt want to stand around much.

Gave me a dirty car full of trash. Smelled of beer and cigarettes. Update!!! Then after I posted this negative review. A thing I dont do over and over for trivial matters. (Check out a few of the reviews I have authored) unless my grievence is beyond the pale, I normally just pass on the review part of my Google guide responsibilities and move on to something positive. But after receiving my CC bill I noticed I had been charged an $300+ bill for cleaning. At this point, If I could leave less than a one star review, I would .

I wouldn’t get another rental from them if my life depended on it. You get there to pick up your rental and it’s not even close to what you payed for. They stuck us in a small small suv when it was suppose to be mid suv and to top of off they tacked on $700 more dollars what wasn’t even spoken of until pick up. If you want a horrible time and experience maybe you should use enterprise

Horrible!! Went to pick up my car and was never told that if they set up an appointment with you you have an hour to be there otherwise you dont have a car and they didnt have anything other than for me to pay extra on. Horrible communication!! Had to walk back to work and now have to figure out transportation til they have one available.

A few things Josh the “manager” should know.1. (CARP) customer aware of rental process2. When CUSTOMERS win, we win.If you are going to confirm a reservation make sure you and your team do it properly CARP or CARE. I am sure many of your customers are coming from small towns surrounding the Bartlesville area and they probably have a PO Box that does not verify. Make sure you inform your customers of the rental process. By chance you forget to CARE. That happens... You might have to use your brain to come up with problem solving solutions to fix your mistake. Because when the CUSTOMER wins, you win. In this case you did not win.

Night and day difference from my experience two years ago that I reviewed below. We almost quit using them because the last 3 have been the same frustrating wait time and staff that seemed to not care. This time: Fast, knowledgeable, friendly new associate. He was running all over helping multiple people and yet it took 2 minutes to drive away from the time I pulled in. YES!

I rented a van for a week long trip from the Bartlesville Oklahoma location. I was pleased at the beginning until the check oil light came on causing me to realize the vehicle had not been serviced prior to my use. I was nervous the entire trip. Upon my return I was left in the sidewalk in 97 degree heat for 15 minutes only to have the customer service person in duty leave for the day shrugging his shoulders and telling me to just drop the keys into a box. Thanks to Josh I am no longer a customer of Enterprise.

Great job at getting us in and out. Now if only they had more TYPES of vehicles on the lot to compensate properly, that would be great.

This location is a absolute joke. Fired management the Monday after Thanksgiving weekend. Assistant manager who was trying, but had no clue what he was doing or how to handle problems. Had plaques behind his desk, so you would think that management schools would have taught him something. Maybe it had something to do with him finally showing up from a delivery after being picked up by porter reeking so bad with pot smoke that the entire office with customers got high. Thank God personal in KC, Mo. could walk him through what should of been a simple transaction for a deposit on a damaged door. By the way, I had to find the phone number and get KC on the phone, which he used to finally get transaction made. He the nerve to act like what he told me that morning, was not his fault, when it was clearly stated by KC, that anyone should know procedures for damage to Rental. Then tried to make the, theyre are a different district excuse. Isnt Enterprise a National Chain. The final straw was telling me he could do nothing for his mistakes and my inconvenience because he didnt know his job. Then when I asked for district manager name and phone number he said he didnt know it, and, or, would not give me the information. Bartlesville, Oklahoma you have a major problem. Entire staff needs to be, fired or at least retrained. New management team, crisis management, needs to investigate this location immediately. There were several customers who witnessed this circus. Hopefully some have reached out to higher ups. Enterprise, Ill be waiting for a reply. For now, as for as myself or my family, we will never, ever, rent another vehicle for Enterprise or any affiliate associated with this corporation. Absolutely the worst experience Ive ever encountered at a major corporate business the size of this.

Please know during the Covid crisis their lobby is closed to the public.

Never again! My gf rented a car from them 2 weeks ago. Tried to rent a car from them today, had a reservation. They stated they needed 2 utility Bills as proof of address. (We only pay for electric at our apartment.) 2 weeks ago they didnt require this. When ask why this wasnt needed before, he said I dont know. This put us in a bind. The guy that helped us was rude. So definitely not goin back.

First time reserving and renting a car, and I was very nervous, but the manager was very prompt and helpful when I went to pick up. He explained the terms and payment in detail without rushing through even though it was near closing time. Will definitely rent here again for my next trip!

Got charged for stuff we didnt even ask for. And when we returned the vehicle we got charged for smoking in it. We dont even smoke. It was a nightmare getting our money back. We do not recommend enterprise even if they were the only car rental place. We go through our insurance from now on.

Was very disappointed that we did not get the car that we had reserved.We were put in a smaller car, when we had asked for a full size car. I really like using Enterprise, as I have used them for the past 10 years. Just did not appreciate the customer service this last time.

Tried to ask about renting vehicle for one way trip to airport. Person inside apparently was vehicle maintenance and was fairly rude. Agent asked me what time I had to be at the airport which I doubt was any of his business.. after he repeatedly asked me I asked why was he going to drive me and he said no he was just there to help. Was rude and I will contact the corporate office to complain

I was helping deliver vehicles at our Bartlesville. Michael the facility manager was a good person to be with.

These guys are awesome. They took very good care of my family and I. I reserved the car on line and picked it up when we needed it.

This location gave us a 15 passenger van with tires showing steel belt, a cracked windshield, and the alignment was completely off. They knew we would be traveling from bartleville oklahoma to pinedale wyoming and they let us take it in that condition. We were unaware of the tires until we got to our destination. we could have died if we had blown a tire! Never again will we rent from them again. then in wyoming they sent a tow truck to pick up the van and take it to jackson hole. Three of us had to ride inside the van which was on top of a flat bed tow truck for 2.5 hours one direction! I question the legality of whether we should have rode up there. this all happened because Enterprise would not deliver a working vehicle to us at our hotel. we lost the entire day and were late getting back to work because of this incompetent person whom let us take a faulty vehicle to such a far place. Even the enterprise agents in Jackson Hole spoke horrible about the enterprise manager in bartleville. One of them knew him. This was a horrible experience and I will never rent from Enterprise again!!!

Normally very rude, this year exceptionally rude. When I parked my rental in front of their building, the employee came out and told me they would tow it. When I asked where to park rental returns, she said i dont care, f*** off I started to drive away but realized that I still needed to return my car. The nearest enterpise location is 40 miles away. I stepped inside and the same employee said Didnt i tell you to f*** off? At that point point I drove the 40miles and had a co-worker pick me up. They are the only Enterpise location in town and not afraid to remind you of that.

Car ran well, people in Albuquerque were nice to deal with. We just returned the car and keys to drop box in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.

I was trying to rent a car and couldnt decide between picking it up in Independence or Bartlesville, the website stated that the Bartlesville site was open on sundays and that I could return the car on a Sunday so that I wouldnt be forced to rent it for an extra day when I didnt need it. When I got there the woman told me that the website was wrong and that I would have to pay for an extra days worth of rental since they are not actually open on the weekends. I told her that if I had known that I would have just rented it from Independence. After arguing for a bit and making a huge scene they went ahead and rented the car to me at the rate the website said it would rent it to me for.

The branch manager was very rude! In july when i rented a car i felt he was rude. I over looked it thinking he maybe having a bad day. When i went yesterday to rent a car he was srill rude was not trying to help. So i left and will not do business with them again

Should have had 2 vans at 8 am and we are still here at 11 waiting. They called last night to say they weren’t here, and instead of getting them here during the night they waited until we got here for pickup to call and see what was going on. Unfortunately we use them for our church and this is the only option in town so we have to continue.
