Had to get my A/C in my truck fixed. They took care of me right away. All the people there were very nice and helpful. They fixed perfectly. They are the best place in town for tires and auto work. I will continue to get all my service needs.

I went to the Ford service place in Bartlesville, they always try and hustle me for more money and they didn’t even fix the problem that they caused. After leaving Ford I went straight to gate boys and told them what happened they fixed my tires and realigned my tires for free.

My folks and I have always bought our tires from Tate Brothers and really like you can pull in at any time and get your tires rotated and you can get your tires fix free if you have a flat. Ive never had any problems since we have been doing business with them.

Excellent service from these guys, my vehicle broke down with an electrical fault and I had AAA jump start it for me. I took it to Tate Boys just before they closed for the evening. Early the following morning they called to say they had checked the electrical system and the vehicle was running fine. So, while they had the vehicle, I got them to service it and it was ready to pick up in an hour or so.I am very pleased with these guys, the same goes for all the previous times I have used them for tires and services.They have always done a great job for me.

Went to have a leak in my tire checked out by the time i left they not only removed a screw, patched and fixed the bad tire but the checked and aired up the remaining tires, re-calibrated and and fixed my info center in my car so that it read correctly and replaced the valve stem covers that had evidently been stolen. All of them was awesome and very professional!! An did i mention they did all that for free! YES I SAID FREE!! Theyve got my buisness for sure!!

They not only sold me the exact tires I needed, they also did research to find quality tires in my price range. Most importantly, they didn’t push any tires on me that were more then what I needed. The wait time was worth it. My truck drives so much better now.

Always up front and cordial, nothing gets done to my car without a phone call and approval first. Ive never had anything pushed on me for sales, and Craig and Gillian(?) always take great care of my vehicles. They always do their best to get me the best deal for my budget and make sure I am in working order before i leave.

The employees are so nice. And honest, they dont just sat its this much. Bye. they show you exactly what the problem is and the cost. I have used them over years. When I am driving out of town, I ask to have all my fluids tapped off and check tires and if a tire is low. They dont charge me anything. Another reason I recommend Tate Boys. I was here again. Best Tate Boys . I had a nail in one of my tires. They fixed it. No charge. Could believe it, but someone took their time. Before winter will need 2 front tires. Low tread. The only place to go? Twice now, having my vehicle oil change services required an additional part replacement due to ineptness in workmanship at a different location. Both times Tate Boys made the investment and replaced the parts necessary to complete the work at NO additional charge to me. They attempted to reach me by phone but I was unavailable, so they just took care of it. The first time it happened, I paid for the replacement part (even though Tates were NOT going to charge me for it since they couldnt reach me prior to their decision to complete the service) as they had retrained the damaged one, and I took it back to the other service center to be reimbursed. The second time, the part was a little less expensive and although I offered to pay for it, I was told not to worry about it.Tates have earned my trust over several years with their tire policies, and their willingness to go the extra mile

I just had a very frustrating experience at the Tate Boys on Washington Blvd! Consistently when we bring our Nissan NV in for an oil change and tire rotation we leave Tate Boys only to find that the tire pressure monitoring system has not reset properly and the vehicle thinks the front tires are in still in the back and the back ones in the front. This is a problem because tire pressures on this vehicle are set differently in the front and back so our vehicle shows low tire pressure notifications. We always have to take it back in to get it corrected, and it always takes just a few minutes.Today, I asked them when I dropped the vehicle off to make sure to reset it properly before we picked up the vehicle. When I arrived and paid, I was assured at the front desk that everything was set correctly. However, after driving away for a few minutes, the low tire pressure notifications came on. Frustrated, I turned around and went back. When I arrived, the shop manager informed me there was nothing they could do to help me.Despite the previous issues with not getting the TPMS reset correctly, my positive experiences receiving service and buying tires there had led me to be a consistent customer. This experience will make me rethink.

I was headed to my daughters, when I looked down and saw my tire reading on dashboard showing me that my 2 passenger tires were low one reading 6. Needless to say I pulled into tates and as always fixed my issues with my tires. I was greeted professionally by a young man in which I apologized for just dropping in but I wasnt left any opinions at this point. After a wreck my car was in a shop in another town. When we got it back it had an issue with the brakes that wasn’t there before the accident. We did not want to take it all the way back to the far away shop where the accident occurred.as insurance preferred. Craig at Tate Boys was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and working with us. He was understanding of our complicated situation with insurance and willing to help in any way as far as making phone calls or whatever we needed. I am very disappointed that absolutely nothing is ever done for loyal cash paying customers. Why us nothing ever done for loyal cash paying customers that have their children and grandchildren patronize your company? You can check my records at your store and see for yourself how long I have been coming into your facility. I am very disappointed.

Staff was very nice and worked with me to get my tire fixed the same day I took it in.

Dropped it off Friday morning for a free brake inspection. Was told I would be notified the same day early afternoon with a diagnosis. Finally decided to call them Saturday afternoon at 2 p.m. hadnt heard from them. Then I was told it was going to cost $800 to replace the front left brake caliper put front brakes on it and one brake line. I went picked up my truck went to OReillys but two front brake calipers brake pads and all the stuff for $300, spent two and a half hours on Fathers Day replacing it myself. Because its a work vehicle had to have it for Monday morning .

Very friendly customer service. Regular oil changes and asked to have fan blower checked. Fuses were blown, but needed more work to fix than just replacing the fuses. The gentleman was up front and recommended a place to go to have it looked at. Kind, friendly, and honest customer service. Thank you!
