I had MGB Plumbing come out and convert my hot water tank from a tank to a tankless water heater and they did a fantastic job! They were extremely professional and had a good attention to detail I am very happy with the final product and glad to have some free space in that closet now!

The best thing is they answer the phone! Workers were very nice to work with.

Discovered that my water heater went out at 7am and called them at 9am to make an appointment. They had completely replaced my water heater by 4:30pm and by 6pm I had hot water for my night shift. Thank you so much Sean and Scott for the amazing response time.

Incredible service by friendly and professional people. Mike and Shawn were extremely helpful. Shawn is quick and an excellent plumber. He fixed our outdoor faucets, cleaned our air conditioner and tankless water heater in efficient time. We definitely will be using MGB plumbing again and I highly recommend them.

The new unit MGB sold to us never heated the house enough and the owner said that we couldnt expect it to heat it up more than 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature although everywhere Ive lived has been able to heat a house very comfortably. The owner was unresponsive to our calls after he had to come replace the thermostat of the new heating unit that they had just installed. The price had been a little higher than most others we checked, but a family member recommended MGB so we used them, it was a costly mistake, having to replace the unit just 1 month after the warranty was out.

Awesome company all the way around! The service techs were very friendly, professional and kind. I had a scheduled appt during one of the busiest time of the season. They had an earlier time come available and called to ask if I was available two days prior to my original scheduled appt. They went above and beyond to quickly diagnose, repair and check additional things to prevent future issues. The tech even took time to explain several things about my unit and additional things I can do as homeowner to help extend the life of my unit. I was beyond impress with MGB Plumbing Heating and Air

Honest, hard-working, friendly people of integrity. They went above & beyond for us, making us feel valued as people needing help, not just as customers.

Their tech was supposed to come in and give me an estimate on my a.c. unit repairs, but instead, he came in and did work on it without clearing it by me or even speaking to me first. When I asked them to come back and take their parts vack, because i did not want repairs, I wanted an estimate on replacing the unit, I got a series of rude voicemails and a bill for almost $500. 100% would not recommend this place, they do shoddy work and Im extremely mad that they climbed up to my roof and worked on it without even running it by me!

I have used MGB at home and at work for many years. They are knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend them for your plumbing and HVAC work.
