Dont bother calling. Im sitting here listening to phones rings as they work and just listen to it. No pricing upfront. No one speaks to you as you come in.

I was nicked in 2 places and was petrified I was going to leave with MRSA. Nice man but needs a lot more practice. Do not recommend.

Prices were good. And staff was friendly HOWEVER I had to request they clean the pedicure bath area as I watched them rotate people through without cleaning between customers. Very unsanitary. Because of this I unfortunately wont go back. Not to mention we had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to even get a chair.

If there were a negative 1 star available, this place would deserve it. Had great things to say about it, until after driving an hour to drop my wife off for her scheduled 1:00pm appointment, she was told Sorry we are too busy to see you come back in 4 or 5 hours.Unbelievable! I called to ask for an explanation and got none other than my wife could come back and sit and wait for a couple hours. In what country? Owner took zero accountability for clearly NOT booking my wifes appointment. Highly recommend ALL people avoid this unprofessional place of business.

Clean nail salon. Friendly employees. I have been going to this salon over a year. I had tried several salons in the area and did not like any of them like I do Jouli. They aim to please! I’ve experienced them deal with some pretty difficult customers and they do it gracefully and very fair. My nails have always turned out beautifully. Manicures and pedicures have been perfect. I go every 2-3 weeks and have dip polish applied. One time in 16 months of having this applied, I experienced a problem with cracking, I went to the salon, without question they immediately fixed it and did not charge me. They apologized! Great customer service!! (FYI...they had trialed new top coat and it caused the cracking of the dip polish. They no longer use it. I continue to get it and have not had any problems since.)

Got recommended to go here by a friend. After the first time I went I fell in love! It was cheaper than my normal nail salon I go to and the quality at Joulis is way better! Techs are super friendly and take their time. Definitely my permanent nail spot.

I called at 1:00 and asked if they had time for 3 pedicures at 1:40. She asked if we could do 2:00 and that was totally fine. They called me back 30 seconds later and said she could do 1:40. Cool. We get there on time, check in, and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait. We get put into the pedi chairs at 2:30 and as of right now it’s 2:55 my water is cold and no one is giving me a pedicure or has bothered to check on me or my 2 friends. 3:00 one friend is getting her toes done, and two others that came in well after us are currently in the chairs getting their service....ugh what? So we’re just going out of order now? 3:15, 2 friends down and one to go.Alright so 3:40, no one asked what pedicure I wanted, so I chimed in and mentioned I wanted the deluxe. Part of the deluxe package you get to pick the salt for the water. I chose 3 and they don’t have them...I ended up with lavender cause it’s for stress and that’s what this experience has been...stressful. Friends foot scrub was more than subpar, and you could visually see the dead skin left on the bottom of her foot. Subpar painted toes (her toes were finished the same time as friend #1 with a 15 minute difference in start time).Definite con...they talked about their finances in front of the customer. Complaining that they haven’t been busy, and not making any money.4:34 finally out of this building. 3 hours later.

Unbelievable!!! It was my first and last time! I had an appointment for 5 and after 2 hours of waiting there, they were asking me if I can come back on the next day. Never ever again.

Emmy was great, she took her time and did a thorough job on my feet. I was a walk-in and got a chair pronto. Nice clean friendly salon.

I had an appointment placed at 10 AM on April 21st for prom. Since they opened at 10 and have walk ins, they took the first ones to walk in the door to the seats to start on their nails. After an hour and 15 minutes, I had to speak up and tell them I had an appointment at 10 AM to get my nails done and I had another appointment at 12 for my hair, so I could no longer wait. I should’ve just walked out, but since it was for my prom, I really wanted my nails to be pretty, so I just sat there and waited. It was 11:45 before the lady even got done doing my nails, so then I had to wait for them to dry. They took forever to dry and after 10 minutes, I had to just go on and head to my hair appointment. Two of my fingers polish was smeared and I was 2 minutes short of being late for my appointment. Completely disappointed with the place as a whole, but in their defense, the nails did look pretty good before the polish was smeared. Still, I will not go back to this place for the lack of professionalism.

Not good at nails. Took forever just for a feel in ... my friend was done before me and she got a full set. And are nails ended up being unevan and not the same shape . Very unperfeshonal. . Do not go to jouli nails

Got dipped powder nails and they were awful! I complained about how bumpy and grainy they were and they didn’t fix them. Will not be returning here ever
