Not even 5 days after spending $100 on a manicure and pedicure my polish is chipping... Its not like Im rough with them. I work on a computer and wash dishes at home.. the shouldnt be chipping. So disappointed!

Must have appointment. They are so good! Everywhere else in town Ive visited has hurt me. Literally I feel pain when they do my nails. The massage was anything but mediocre as well. She spent like 10 minutes on each leg. 100% reccomend.

My nails look so good the didn’t heart the didn’t cut me is was so great. And when they were rubbing my feet my feet said yesss bc is he were soft with me but still hard and I loved it that is the place I’m going to from now and until I die. I love this place and the walls were not dirty that were clean no speckles or scratches. The place was amazing

Cute Nails is the only nail salon Ill go to. Its clean and bright. The nail technicians are skilled and friendly. They do a wonderful job!!

My first visit and I loved it. Bright, open space, very clean, friendly staff and very comfy massage chairs. Staff was professional and did a great job. I got a manicure and a pedicure and will definitely go back. Make an appointment, they are busy.

We made appt, based on reviews! A MUST!, HAD an enjoyable time with my wife, the owner and staff are very friendly and professional. Laugh and talk. Just what you need to relax and they did a great Job also. Dip and Pedicures for the both of us. We will come back if ever in area again. With appts of course!

I have tried calling to make an appointment several times, Ive even left my name and number never to hear back from them. the last time I called for an appointment someone picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. For a business thats appointment only they sure dont seem to want any. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely horrible. Drove to use a gift certificate I received and they had one person working and one at the counter. She asked if I had an appointment and I told her no (there was absolutely no one waiting) and she said she couldn’t take me and the other technician wouldn’t either. I then asked if I could just get a refund on the gift certificate as I do not live in Bardstown and they declined and refused to work with me whatsoever. Avoid!!
