Great experience. The dispatcher said 15 minutes, but the driver was there in under ten. He got my car to the shop without a single scratch and told cool stories along the way. Turned out there was an easy fix for the ignition, but I was very grateful for the service regardless. Highly recommend.

If youre in need of a tow dont hesitate to call these guys. Its like your getting a tow from family and not a company. My wife was in town on business for the week and the day she was due to leave her car didnt start. I called them to see about getting a tow based on the previous reviews and they provided excellent service. They arrived within 15 minutes of the call and actually got the vehicle started. We decided to still get it towed to the dealer and the price was fantastic. My wife said the tow driver treated her like a daughter and made sure she taken care of before leaving her and the car at the dealer. No one ever likes breaking down and needing a tow, but if your searching for a tow service, save yourself some money and heartache and call these guys.

I was parallel parked on N Charles Street between two cars and he was ready to take on the task, luckily the car in front of me moved, but every other towing company wouldn’t even try. On the coldest day of the year, my fuel pump died. City Wide was a professional and pleasant experience, from the first phone call to when they towed my car to the shop. The rate was almost half of what another company was charging and the service was prompt and smooth. I highly recommend if you find yourself in the unfortunate need of a tow.

I called to have my car towed after stopping in the middle of Lombard Street. The young man arrived pretty fast. He was nice and towed my car to my home. Excellent service. I will share with friends and co workers.

I have to give it up to this company and whoever is in charge!! These guys are beyond Amazing!!!! My case was an emergency one and they came through for me ! Went over and beyond for me and my husband .My hubs was stuck on the highway around Baltimore with a dead phone. I was the last person he contacted. He had given me his location before his phone went off, and asked me to contact any towing company to come pick him up. I searched google and call several companies I found, it was either the price was way too high (500-750$) or they just couldnt get the location. All kinds of excuses. All these while my hubs was stranded on the highway and I was home helpless!Lo and behold I found City-Wide Towing & Recovery and decided to give them a call. God bless whoever picked up the call today, you were so calm and nice . You requested for the location my hubs sent me and you took it from there.He reassured me he was going to get to my hubs. After giving me the cheapest price ever. I was Wowed! Way cheaper than Geico recommendations. It was then I felt calm about the situation. Such a professional! In 20 mins I got a text that my hubs had been picked and they were on the way back home. Without no initial payment .I dont remember the last time I was treated this way.The most amazing customer service .!Thank you ! Thank you!
