Ive been working with Northwest Refuse for years, they always go above and beyond to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend them.

BEWARE! I would not recommend using this company at all. We had several mishaps with service that we have overlooked until now. Saturday our dumpster was taken without being notified. After given the run around for 5 days, we were told that they no longer service our area. Oh and they will void out the September bill. Seriously? You took the container in August, of course we wouldnt have a September bill.9-5-19In response to the owners reply: The wires are not that low. Your company has not complained about the wires in the 3+ years of us being a customer. I have attached a picture. If that truly is the reason, a simple phone call would have sufficed. However, that is not what happened. What happened was bad business; your company came on a Saturday, took the container without notice, did not replace it and then gave me the run around for 3 days promising to replace it. Then to make matters worse, you take the coward way out and send an email stating you could no longer service our company. Still NO PHONE CALL. In addition; your contact clearly states on #2 that either party must give a 60 day notice in writing to terminate the contract. I guess that does not matter?

There are a lot of options our there. Northwest Refuse was by far the best to work with. Their pricing is fair and their service is great.

Needed a dumpster the next day. Everywhere else told me no. The staff worked with me and were very kind. They called before delivery and placed exactly where we needed it. Great service call around.

NWR is an amazing company, the customer service was amazing they got my dumpster out within a day and when I was ready for them to pick it up i called my sales rep and it was picked up the following morning. The sales team prepared me so there were no hidden fees and they even suggested I purchase a tarp so people wouldn’t dump and increase the charges, which was a huge help. Thank u NWR, what honest, hard-working people!

Do yourself a favor and do not hire these guys. I have lived in my neighborhood in Columbia Maryland since the 90s and we have a dumpster brought in every April for spring cleaning. Unfortunately our property management company used NWR for delivery and removal of the dumpsters this year. Obviously this was far more work than this company is capable of. Instead of coming out and removing the full dumpsters Monday, they had a feeble and incapable workman come out with a removal truck he didnt seem to know how to operate properly. After lurking around in the neighborhood for a while attempting to load the dumpster onto his truck he managed to purposely dump a large portion of the garbage from it all over my street, and then left it there. When our neighborhood association had our property management company contact them they lied and said they didnt do it after several homeowners witnessed them dumping garbage back out of their dumpster. Eventually they agreed to come back and remove their mess for additional money but they still have not made it back to clean up after themselves. Go to the next listing and save yourself some money and a headache because NWR stinks.
