Couser Hauling is the best in Baltimore, I’ve used a couple different hauling companies and they are by far the best hauling company I’ve used. They were, punctual, polite and very professional. They even called before they came to give me a more specific eta. They cleared everything and left no mess after they were done. I would recommend them to anyone who needs any kind of hauling done. I was extremely impressed.

I thought service like this no longer existed. Until these 2 awesome young men came to remove my horrible bed which was a big headache for me. Who calls the customer and keeps them updated? Who calls to say folks are behind a little and asks about YOUR schedule and if you are ok with waiting or even are able to wait a little? Who calls to say that they are running late? Who texts or calls to let you know theyre on their way or are only a few min away.? Polite. Courteous. Professional. Caring. Decent. We have to support our local businesses esp when they are Good People and the level of work & customer serv is to THIS high a level. And FAST! Never seen a queen bed broken down and removed in less than 25 min??? You have to give them a try. From the lady & the gentleman I spoke on the phone with to the 2 guys who actually did the job NOTHING but reassurance & outstanding, kind, service. Did not knew about them until I did just a random online search last night, emailed, and somebody got back to me within less than 5 min. Reasonable rates as well Thank yall!✌️

Ive got to say that I really had a great experience with Couser Hauling. Setting up an appointment was easy and the cost was reasonable. On the day they were supposed to arrive, the driver actually caught a flat and had to go back to get it fixed. They called me promptly to let me know what happened and when they could arrive and confirmed if I still wanted them to come.When they arrived, they explained how things would work and gave me a price based on the amount of stuff I needed them to take. After that, two very nice junk removal technicians quickly and thoroughly proceeded to load all of our junk onto their truck. The who thing took less than 30 minutes. This was a great experience and if we ever need this type of service again, Id call them in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them if you are in need of bulk trash removal services.
