I recently had a bad experience with a dumpster rental that did not show up at all, and they left me in a pinch with my move. I was hesitant to utilize a removal service due to the high price quotes I was seeing online, but I did not have a choice, so I went with Junk King. Honestly, I wish I would’ve just went with them first because Reggie and Mike made everything very easy, and they worked with me on price which ended up being much more affordable than I originally thought.-Communication was great; My window was 0800-1000, and I got a call at 0755 letting me know they were 30 minutes out. They were right on time with everything.-Hassle free; Reggie and Mike were very efficient with the move. With the quote and removal, they were in and out in less than an hour.-Affordable; Reggie and Mike worked with me (also knowing I was getting ready for a very expensive move), and they were able to give me a very reasonable price that worked for everyone.-Kind and friendly; Reggie and Mike were very friendly, kind, professional, polite, and respectful to myself and the property.All in all, fantastic service. If I was staying in the area, I would definitely utilize this service again for all of my removal needs.

Found this company through a Google search and read all the good reviews and decided to give them a shot. I have to say it was well worth it. Reggie and Steven did a great job! They were on time, courteous, and fast! I don’t typically write reviews, but I was impressed enough with the job they did and general professionalism that I had to give them a shoutout. They also, if they can, will try and donate what you need hauled off to local charities. That was a surprises and welcom bonus!

Treyvon and Daryl were prompt, extremely pleasant and efficient. I had a lot, a mean a lot, of yard waste, and they did a great job clearing it all out, raking thru the grass and even sweeping the sidewalk. They did a fantastic job! I’m very grateful and would definitely use them again.

My sectional was moved without any issues. The problem arose when I received my receipt from the company. The movers quoted me $268 and asked for payment through cashapp. Which was fine, I paid without any issues. However shortly after they left I received an official receipt from the company via email that stated the cost of services was $120. The email included a picture of a hand written receipt and also a computer generated receipt, BOTH stated $120. I called to ask the company why there was a discrepancy in what I was charged in person and whats stated on these receipts. The manager stated it must have been a misprint and he would send out a correct receipt (which never happened, its been over a week). I could understand it possibly being a mistake once, but both the digital and handwritten receipt showed $120. I believe I was intentionally overcharged by their workers and they are trying to cover it up. I will never be doing business with this company again.*Update*I was contacted by the owner Eric. He apologized for his EX employee overcharging his customers without his knowledge. This employee had a print out of the prices, which seemed legit. However he was charging double the normal price. I was offered a full refund and explanation of what occurred. I really appreciate Erics honesty and him rectifying the situation. I would definitely recommend you utilizing his company in the future. He values his customers and addresses any issues that may occur!

I needed Junk King to clear out an entire apartment, full of furniture and assorted stuff. The King put Reggie and Joe on the job. They gave me an accurate estimate, then cleaned the whole place out in just a few hours. They were fast, thorough, and super professional. And the were nice guys.

Wow, what great service! Trayvon and his associate were kind, friendly, professional, and punctual (even getting to my place early). They called 30 minutes before arriving and then once again when they arrived, but I was away from my phone for the second call. Booking online was easy and Junk King is affordable for what they do. I’m in the process of moving and I’ve never used a junk removal service before—a real weight has been lifted from my shoulders, knowing that my mattress will be recycled. I highly recommend Junk King and will book this service again.

It worked just like they described. When they arrived, we did a walk through. They took photos and gave me an estimate based on volume. I said yes and they spent the next 45 minutes loading the truck. I think it turned out to take a little more room but the price didn’t change. I was worried with only 2 people about scratches or marks on the walls but it was all good. It would have taken 3 to 4 truck loads to haul it ourself.

The experience was great. I was moving and did not want to take my old furniture. Two very nice and professional you men showed up on time and removed a living room set, king size mattress and box springs and two television tables. I recommend Junk King and the two guys that hauled that furniture out.

I called this morning because I wanted to have a full size bed and two cribs removed before this Saturday. I was able to get an appointment for today for what I thought was a reasonable price.The guys called before coming and was well within the timeframe given. I explained to the guys that I had kids sleeping so I was hoping they could be a bit quiet. They were totally awesome. I was called approximately 20 minutes before they arrived which is what I was told when I made my appointment and they were very professional and made sure that I discussed any pricing when I made my appointment. They arrived on time. The estimated arrival time was between 9-11am on Monday June 28,2021 and they were well within that time frame. This was my first time using them and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Prompt, friendly and efficient. I needed same day service. Called in the morning and they were there in the afternoon. I would recommend. Don’t have anything to compare cost to, but felt charges were reasonable.

These guys are awesome!!! A huge job, 3 level row home with 4 generators is stuff in it and they worked non-stop for 9 hours. They saved my life! If I had to do it myself with a couple family members it would take months! Thanks soooo much!

The gentlemen removed a water bed insert/mattress and box spring, and a chest. The guys were polite, professional, careful and respectful of my property. I initially only requested removal of the mattress and box spring but later asked to include the chest. The gentleman who responded said that I could. There was no increase in cost. I would definitely recommend junk king if you are looking for help cleaning out items from your home that are otherwise kind of a pain to clear out (e.g., moving boxes, yard debris, etc.) They were timely, professional, courteous and flexible. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost. It was significantly more than I anticipated, but I paid because I desperately needed to get rid of the moving boxes from my basement! They base the cost on how much of their dumpster your items take up. They said that the items I wanted to toss would take up half of the truck, but I noticed when they opened the bin that there was already a bunch of items in there..... Not so sure that my stuff really took half of huge dumpster, but its all good. I would use this company again! Thanks so much. 😎

I was pleased with being able to call and have someone come out the next day to assess the situation that I had going on in my back yard. I thought the price for clean up was steep, but I was sooo tired of trying to gey the situation handled by the city that I told the guy that I would pay $668 to get it taken care of. My backyard did not look like it should have for that price, but they got the majority of the bags out of it. My problem was when I received a digital receipt that was for over a hundred dollars less than what I was actually charged. I emailed this company to tell them what my problem was and was told that theyd look into the matter and get back to me. After a few weeks, I reached back out and was subtly told Your concerns were already expressed. We told you to wait for us to get back to you, so you need to do just that. Well, now its been like 2 months and nothing has been said to me. Unprofessional and apparently, you can just be told whatever price they want to tell you, and it doesnt matter. Good luck using this company.
