Extremely rude customer service, refused to give me a receipt for my packages even after I requested one. Now Amazon is not seeing where I dropped packages off to UPS for my returns!
Worst delivery service ever. In spite of charging sky high fees they never deliver packages and blame it in An illusory brokerage firm. Big thieves
This UPS Store is the on THE SECOND FLOOR OF THE HILTON. There is no indicator on the outside!! But if you go to the front desk they’ll let you know what elevator to take.Naseem was incredibly friendly and helpful with my Amazon returns. He also gave me some advice on an unrelated shipment from a different UPS Store. Super convenient location if you know where to find it.
They took good care of my package. They were courteous and knowledgeable. Made my errands easier.
I’m here at 11:30 on a Saturday morning. There is nobody here and a “sorry for the inconvenience sign”. It’s been 20 minutes. Clearly UPS doesn’t give a flying F about customer service or even maintaining its advertised hours of operation.
Naseem went above and beyond to help me change shipping priority on products I accidentally shipped at the wrong priority. Great “above and beyond” customer service is almost impossible to find now a days so it was awesome to see this USP Store step up. Thanks again!
LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR OF THE HILTON.It’s on the second floor of the Hilton and not very easy to find. There’s an escalator so you don’t have to bother with the elevators, which were extremely crowded when I went. When you get to the top of the escalator go straight then turn right and you should be able to find the store. It’s tucked away in a corner.
After talking to the guy inside this location I understand why some people have good and bad things to say about this store. They do a lot more than just UPS and because this hotel is owned by Baltimore City they have different rules and regulations in place. If you not a resident be prepared to pay whatever fee is necessary. Its not about taking your money its just about business.
I visited to drop off an Amazon package for return. They’re system was down (which is understandable and happens), but I was informed that I would need to pay a $5 fee to use their services (had they been up) because I am not a Maryland resident. This is the part that is absurd. Would not recommend this location.
I HAVE COME HERE SEVERAL TIMES WITHOUT ANY PROBLEMS..VERY CONVIENT AND EXCELLENT SERVICE
Describing the employees as rude would be a compliment. Made an appointment online for a notary when we showed up we were told no one was there to do it and someone should have called. (They didnt ) than proceeded to tell us we had to find another location and it wasnt his problem. Asked for manager and of course he wasnt there.
I live in Tennessee and happen to be passing through Baltimore and needed to ship some wine to Canada so I paid UPS Stope 145.00 to overnight a box to Canada. 8 days later it had not arrived. Then I find out it never left Baltimore. And they are REFUSING to refund the 145.00 I called UPS and they said the store is a freestanding business and UPS world. Cant Help.. the UPS story would not ship my package to me in TN so I was forced to Drive 540 to get my package back and they would NOT refund the 145.00 you would have to be stupid to trust that location
3pm, no one here, no one can give me any information. Terrible.
After walking in circles, literally, and up and down the street, I find the UPS store in the Hilton on the second floor hidden in corner w no signs...Only to see a sign “Sorry for inconvenience, we will return soon”. Yes it was closed during business hours.
Had a package delivered here and they charged me $10 to pick it up because they are a Special Location that only services hotel guests. I did not see this indicated anywhere.
Services were horrible, the guy running the store was so self absorbed and annoyed by the fact that he had to do his job. he showed no concern for the issue i was having as a customer needing service. he was quick to cut me off while i was speaking and acted as if he couldnt care less if i received my package or not. by far worst customer service i have ever received. 0 stars. dont go here unless you want things unresolved.
I came to the UPS at 5.40pm waited 20 plus minutes with no attendant in sight, when tge attendant finally showed up he told me that they stop serving customers at 5.45pm and their priority sre the hotel guests and they fo not necessarily serve the general public. This unprofessional to say the least and very unnerving. Absolutely ridiculous
Youre better off throwing your package into the harbor and hoping it floats to wherever you need it to go.
Stood in the store with two other people for more than 5 minutes waiting for some one to show up. No one showed up .
Went there in the morning when they opened no one there, waited another 10 to 15 minutes and still no one. Never going there again
They CHARGE if youre not a MD resident. Even when the box is pretagged and they dont need to do a damn thing. DO NOT COME HERE.
Just so you know, the hours listed on the website are incorrect. According to the sign outside of the store, they are only open from 10-4pm on Saturdays, and closed entirely on Sundays. I wasted almost an hour of my day in traffic, looking for parking, etc, only to find that the store had already closed. How hard is it to post your hours correctly online? Come on, UPS.
Nightmare: dont do it. At W. Pratt St. 1) The location is hard to find because its inside of a Hotel building; 2) Parking is difficult; and 3) the new employee, Naseem refused to do a Verizon package return for me because, he said it was complicated and he was closing on his own. When I called the E. Lombard location and asked for that UPS employee, Lewis, to walk Naseem through it, Lewis agreed, but Naseem still refused. I had to get back into my car to the other location, which also had horrible parking.
Web site and Store says it opens at 7am. Im here at 713 am and no one is here the store is closed. Frustrating to come downtown specifically to mail out gifts because it says opens at 7am and find the store closed
Don’t recommend requesting any assistance here, even if you’ve prepared your package and prepaid for shipping.
Doesnt even appear to be in operation anymore.
Easy, fast and friendly if you cant find just ask someone. Its on the second floor
Why post business hours if staff arent around during them?
They seriously charge $1/lb fee for receiving a package. This was even an amazon now delivery, which could have been handled at the front desk. Absurd and vaguely criminal.
The employees refused to help me and told me to leave - no kidding
Waiting when they were “open” for twenty minutes because they said they’d be right back.
Didnt have anyone present to do anything. A masked person could rob the place cause no one was there.
You will wait thirty minutes before close to have someone show up at close and tell you to leave and that you should have been here an hour earlier.
Friendly and helpful staff.
If you dont have a Maryland state photo ID they will charge you $15 to even DROP OFF a PREPAID package
Have had to use this location three times all were horrible. The first two visits they did not show up until after 7:30 am when they open at 7:00 am. The last visit I went to get something notarized and was told sorry they dont do that. Their website and the UPS website both list this as a location that offers notary service.
Fast, easy service
Extremely rude customer service
Unprofessional and lazy
