Very unprofessional and dishonest.I don’t recommend it to anyone who try to ship with peace of mind, and you definitely don’t want to go through what I experienced with this so called shipping company.Nothing personal, but they are really unorganized and dishonest about everything. They tell you things just to stall you, and they lie to your face.First, they told me that they need to keep the original documents to get them stamped from the port custom and they did not stamp nothing. And then they send my documents missing a title and some bills.Second, they don’t respond to emails you’ll have to call. I have been chasing them for weeks calling everyday to get my bill of lading and they keep telling me it’s going to be available the next day. Now it’s been weeks.Most importantly, they buljive you with the ETA. You need to add additional month after the ETA they provide you with.I should have shipped my jetski with the company next door, my cousin shipped his car with them and got all his paperwork in hand with no headache.
