Rude customer service, was looking for a local freight forwarder and just got the most unprofessional person on the phone. I like dealing with people and I was told just send an email if you have questions, when I insisted on getting a live person, rude lady says cant help you. I move about 100 containers a year with CMA CGM, never spoken to a ruder person.

Worked with Travis at pride to have my UK Car cleared, he did a great job and always kept me in the loop.He also helped secure extra parking for me at the dock which was a great bonus.Good experience, plan to use them again this year.
