The staff at this location are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure that your printing needs are realized as you imagined. I had the pleasure of working with David, whom walked me down off of a cliff related to a bad experience with another printing company. Great location, probably the best location in my opinion. Fast, easy, in and out under 10minutes, very convenient and extremely friendly. I love going to this location and this location alone. I’ve never had a bad experience as a customer here. 10/10 in customer service.

It’s a joke. They wanted to charge me over 300 for a small package to ship to Asia..... the worker was also extremely unprofessional.

I have loved this service site. But i was trying to visit this location twice to find a sign saying close at 6PM TODAY.If you plan to close at 6 everyday, please update working hours or provide more accurate information regarding the duration of these modified working hours.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The customer service from Michelle was horrid. I was told that I could not be assisted after I already paid my money to create and print my Resumé. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Im very disappointed in the customer service I received this morning. I was the first customer, but the black girl wasnt helpful at all, even after I told her that this was my first time trying to get packing labels. So I was frustrated and just left. I wish the man with the locks or the White guy was there, because she sucked.

I went into FedEx downtown Baltimore because I needed to use a computer to print, scan, and email a 16 page financial statement. I had no idea how to proceed after printing them. Luckily, a young gentleman named Shawn helped me get through it all painlessly. Way to go Shawn, way to go FedEx!

Joe and Leo are extremely helpful, patient, and informative. They have been helping me with prints for my job and never get annoyed when I have to change prints at the last minute. They go above and beyond for me and I can’t thank them enough.

Great service!Follow up: 1 month later I realized I forgot my receipt, and I need it for reimbursement for printing. I figure Im stuck. But after an email to Leo and the awesome staff, theyve dug through and found my receipt, and sent me an e-copy. These folks are awesome. Id give six stars if I could.

Extremely helpful location - Leo, Joe, and Dara were all very professional, educated on the processes of the printing requests I was sending, and extremely friendly and personable. They helped with various last-minute large printing orders with ease and put in the extra effort to ensure they were completed on time. Thank you! What a great team!

Helpful staff and efficiency

There is a wonderful staff here, and a good business operation, one-on-one consultation regarding printing specs and so forth, going over options, no rush, professional and friendly.

The staff was so friendly and helpful to me. Edwin helped me and was very kind and attentive. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to answer all of them while still making sure all of the other customers were helped. I will definitely return.

Ive gone to this location several times for UPS package pickups. The girl that works at this location seems very nice and efficient.The tall, balding male needs more training or a new job.I walked into this location today, and the male was talking to female. He did not acknowledge me as I stood there, 2 feet from him, at the counter. After about 2 minutes, I stood standing directly towards him, so he was unable to ignore me. The first thing he said was, if you remove your earbuds, we can have a conversation. My music that I was listening to, through the earbuds, was off before I entered the location. I ignored the rude greeting, and stated in a friendly tone, that I was there for a pickup. I said thank you when he retrieved the package, and he said nothing in return.The girl should have all the store employee hours.

Staff accommodated me on very short notice late on Saturday. The service was exceptional. Staff were very courteous and professional.

Computer usage rates for scanning seemed high. 25 minutes for $13. The associate was nice and helped me get set up.

Its mail, mail isnt something that is exciting or wild... if youre mailing it. HOWEVER, the staff here is on point and by staff I mean Jason. If you want an amusing guy that will make your mailing experience less dreadful, look for him. The tattooed beacon on the dark journey of endless lines and boxes.The cherry on top is that his smile, friendly sass and dry humor come at no extra charge.

Really slow service. Plan to spend 30 mins if there is one other customer in store. Not sure how slow it would be if there were 4-5 customers

They printed my banner off center, blurry, and they only printed one when I ordered two posters. Rush order so I got what I deserved. But 0/10. Ive actually gotten bad printing here before as well. So shame on me. Seriously—pure garbage.

Very upset with my experience at this FedEx location. MICHELLE was very unfriendly and abrasive with customers, including myself. She was passive aggressive and made me regret ever coming to this location. Please do yourself a favor and spare yourself the trouble and annoyance—just go to another FedEx location or UPS/USPS.

I walked into Fed ex around 915 am and was assisted by a young lady name Dara, she was polite and friendly and professional and had me in and out in Less than 15 minutes.

Slow service 20 minutes just to pickup one package with 2 people ahead of me both of which were waiting there before I even showed up
