Let me preface by saying I dont desire to talk ill of or vent about this business; this is my honest feedback.I love that I have a place to mail, ship, print, notarize, etc., things right in my own neighborhood. This is convenient, at least in theory, and I have used this location for three services so far:1. Return federal government property. I was told by my previous employer I could go to any location that accepts UPS shipments and use the federal agencys shipping account to charge the return of the property (no cost to me). So I came to this location. The price was higher than what I was quoted by going online to UPS. Then I was told here that they do not accept UPS accounts to charge, so I had to pay upfront. My previous employer mentioned after the fact that this is not normal, and I felt I was overcharged. I should have gone to a full-UPS location.2. Renew passport. This was the one painless task I did at this location that went as expected. I appreciated how easy that was here.3. Purchase stamps. I came here today to buy two books (20 stamps each) of stamps, so I could send Christmas cards. Given stamps are $0.55 each, I was expecting to pay $11/book or $22 total. The first price I was quoted sounded like $40. WHAT? So I was, like, hold on. Thats $1 a stamp. Then the owner told me it was $28 (this comes out to $14/book). Thats quite a surcharge, but he told me it was a convenience fee. I should have gone to a full-USPS location.Anyway, that is all to say, the prices and practices here seem to work for some people - if youre willing to pay extra for convenience. But to me, with the exception of passport services, I am not impressed with the location and will likely try other places out.

Great service here! I came by to notarize some documents which they did without appointment and while I waited. It took less than 10 minutes. Then we sent the documents out UPS and they made me a copy. One stop shop!

I have to say, I read previously posted reviews and thought “How can a postal service give exceptional customer service so much that people felt the need to comment”. Well I found out by going to the store. Owner was super helpful and made sure I was paying the lowest rate and explaining the entire process. So different from my usual experiences. REPOSTED after BEING TAKEN DOWN. From 2018.I have been a satisfied Flashmail customer for about a month, but today they went so far above and beyond that I had to write a review. I received an email that my package had arrived about five minutes before Flashmail closed. I need the contents of the package tonight, and had expected it to arrive earlier in the day. I quickly sent a response to Flashmail asking if they were still open and if I could come in, even though it was almost closing. They said that they could wait after for ten minutes. Unfortunately, I was on the other side of town and dont own a car. On top of that, it was absolutely pouring rain, and in the time it took for my Uber to arrive, I was drenched. Due to storm traffic and rush hour, it took me twenty minutes to get to Flashmail. Singh was still waiting, and not only gave me my package, but offered to let me borrow his umbrella while I waited for an Uber home. On top of that, he wouldnt accept the tip I offered him for staying late for me. I cant think of any way the customer service tonight could have been better. Singh and Flashmail really go above and beyond to take care of customers.

I live in Texas & bought some items in Baltimore. I called Flashmail to find out if they could pick up my items (over 175 pieces), package it & ship. They did a fantastic job. They picked my items up the very next morning, packaged it & had it on the way. That quickly! I received 2 of the 9 boxes within two days (the two most important boxes)! I would definitely use them again. If I could give more stars I would! Great team, great communication, excellent pricing.

Great place for a couple reasons. I keep a mailbox here to avoid getting packages stolen at my house and they always email me when I have a new one. I order tons of stuff using this address and its always easy and in 5 years they have never misplaced a package or anything.I also use it for all of my shipping. Mr Singh (the owner) is very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They are knowledgeable on ways to ship and save you money. They also have a couple of other useful services. I usually get my keys made/copied here, and get passport sized photos for visas and applications. They even have a little area for taking passport photos that works well.My life would be much more complicated without this little spot.

I purchased a few items for my sister thru Amazon. Unfortunately, she didn’t like them and wanted them returned. I couldn’t think of a convenient way for her to return the items since she didn’t have a car, so I scrambled and found out that Flashmail was a UPS dropoff location which was conveniently close to her. I was able to make payment arrangements ahead of time with Singh of Flashmail so that the dropoff could be done conveniently for my sister who has a mental disorder.I strongly recommend everyone to do business at this location. Mr. Singh is the man! He helped make sure all my items got shipped out in time for my friend’s wedding. His automated email receipt and tracking notifications are awesome, I come here whenever I need something shipped. Full service shipping and I don’t have to deal with the grumpy people at the post office.

Singh isn’t a very nice/friendly person unless you’re bringing him money. Everyone I’ve met has agreed; he is also very prejudiced. His employee had also told me that to ship items he uses old boxes but makes you pay new box prices. He will tell you you’re getting the best price but in actuality you are not. A normal stamp or shipping label from him will cost you a little under double where you’d be able to buy it online or at the post office. Other than that I feel his wife has more integrity than he and is friendlier than he. That and the free/convenient parking is why I’m being generous and giving his shop two stars.

Im very impressed with service and care that I consistantly receive from Flashmail. When a package or mail arrives, I either receive at text or email. The location is right off of Exit 3 on 83. Easy in, easy out. Im a very pleased customer. And I have been there about 10 years now. Give them a try. Hes cheaper and and more efficient than the main post office.

Mr. Signh was fantastic! He was incredibly patient and responsive every time I called his business with a new question before coming in. Upon arrival, he easily printed over 100 documents, notarized several of them for me, and shipped them all via FedEx. He was incredibly kind and patient while I spent about an hour reviewing/signing all of the documents before he prepared them for FedEx. (He even offered to personally drop them off at FedEx if I missed his stores last pickup time). I highly recommend his services to anyone in Baltimore.

Mr. Singh was so helpful and friendly. I needed to get a document notarized and faxed in to the Baltimore impound lot where my wrecked car was located. He printed the form, notarized and helped me fax everything quickly. He was very accommodating and provided great customer service. Outstanding!I graduated from medical school in 2014 outside of Maryland and completed three years of residency training in Baltimore.Through the past years, Flashmail Box (owned by man named R Singh) has been my go-to place for notaries (necessary to obtain medical license, apply for licensing exams), express and certified mail (for same licensing reasons), passport, and shipping my car out of state (for moving).The owner of Flashmail box provides excellent extremely reliable service and offers a very good price. The medical licensing process is very very very expensive (multiple exams that each cost over a thousand dollars), particularly for a resident with six figure school school debt. Mr Singh offered me advice to write down all my expenses (including receipt for every mail I send), and include my car mileage for getting to work and faraway testing centers, maximizing my tax returns in ways that I havent thought of.When shipping my car, Mr Singh also offered excellent advice on how to maximize the service and minimize the cost. He was readily accessible by phone and email (response time frequently immediate, and at most within three hours) throughout the process, and after my car was shipped, contacted me to make sure that everything went smoothlyFor these reasons, Flashmail box offers outstanding service, and I would recommend anyone in Baltimore to entrust their notary, mailing, car shipping, etc needs to Flashmail box.

This is a very convenient shipping store. They have everything you need as well as all the dropboxes, i.e. ups, fedex, usps. They sell shipping supplies and have good rates. They are also in a great location if you live in mount vernon. They have parking so no need to worry if you need to drop off a package in a rush. I use them for pretty much all my shipping needs. They even packaged an item and shipped it form me when I was in a rush.

I kept a box with Flash mail from 2005-2017. If you are some one whom needs a PMB for road work this is a major key in success.

The reviews giving this place positive remarks must be written by the owner. The service is horrible and there is a crazy expensive service charge added to the cost of every transaction no matter how big or small. I went there yesterday to buy ONE STAMP and the SERVICE CHARGE WAS $1.50 for one stamp! STAY AWAY the service is horrible and you pay through the nose for it. Also when I asked if they could mail out the envelope I paid three dollars to send the unhelpful sales girl said, um the mail lady is gone but Im sure someone will take it. Not good. Not good at all.
