My new car was registered here today. I got a 30 day temporary tags and my new title is in the mail. They were very quick with their service. I recommend this place for tag and title services. I will come back for Maryland safety inspection next time.

I went in with issues identified by my dealership who had priced over $2k in maintenance for a 100k service. Taking the maintenance issues to Ucino and they were able to take of the issues with excellent service and care for a fraction of the cost.They are a small business whose two highest priorities are care for customers concerns and the best value.

The manger, Uche, is very honest and helpful. I’m from out of town and got a flat tire on the busy highway. After a few other places being closed or too busy we called and they fit us right in.

I got alignment on my car and the driver side wheel was out by alot after changing my inner and outer tirods by about 4 degrees and Ucino guys were able to get it back into specs. I also got a 3 month free unlimited alignment service from today. This is the best alignment deal in the entire Baltimore. I surely will be back soon.

BE WARE! HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU! Sent my 2005 honda van there because AC was not working. He diagnosed my compressor and clutch was not working. He told me about 1398 dollars. I told him go ahead and replace. Soon as I got off phone I looked up the cost of parts. The parts from the Honda dealer was $270. I quickly called back and told him to not do the work. I went to pick up my van and saw a sign that read $90.00 per hour. So I said to myself the parts were 270 and at max 3 hours of labor cost still would not total to his numbers. I asked why was it so expensive considering the cost of parts and the time it will take to fix. He told me because he will fix more than what Im paying for...I said like what...he was frustrated with me asking and then said hes not telling me since Im not having the work done at his shop. I told him well, maybe if you explain what else will get fixed then I can make an informed decision...instead he gave me another example of a customer saying he was too expensive and got the work done somewhere else but returned because the problem was not fixed. I can not speak on if his work is good or bad but what I do know and have since learned from other people who turned away that he will over charge you. He could not give me an explanation of what the cost was so expensive. I think he is purposely price gouging and I have plans to report his business. Do a check of parts and labor cost before you willingly give him your money. He was trying to sell his price but I was too smart to believe it... Not sure how to respond to the owner response of my review but here it is. Your prices is something that I can afford if this was a fair price. Now you tell me you had to use 270 of freon, just if this was the case you would have charged me for it...so youre lying. Also if this is the case, this still does not explain how you got your total of almost 1400 dollars, with your own admission. Even your mechanics has said you purposely over charge. This is one of the reasons he never have the same mechanics. I also took my van to another replicable auto shop and got a price of 700 with a warranty. You see how this guy try to use personal attacks because he cant produce facts to why he purposely over charges. If you read his response, he still fell short to explain. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VECHICAL to him HE WILL OVER CHARGE YOU...DONT BELIEVE HIS FLUFF WHICH HE TRIES TO USE.

Update to Previous:Went to the location to see about getting the struts for $250 as he told my wife. He told me that my wife doesnt know what she is talking about, basically calling her a liar. I asked why do I need struts when the sport ones on are basically new. He stated that they are worn, at least he keeps that story together. I asked him how he came to the conclusion, he was upset as I questioned his work. He came outside to show me how he did it and DENTED THE HOOD. I dont think it was malicious but he dented it nonetheless. He asked me open the hood. He popped out the big dent but now a small one remains. He stood there banging on the inside of the cooper hood to get it out for about three minutes and gave up as the small remainder of the dent would not go away. I then asked him what he was going to do about my hood. He kept trying to go back to the inspection which has no bearing on a newly dented hood now. He said I was upset because the inspection didnt pass. I told him that doesnt matter as I could get it fixed. However, now it will cost about $500 to fix the damn hood. I asked him again what he was going to do about my dented hood. This man had the audacity to say the car is fine and he didnt do anything to it. I asked him if he didnt just dent my hood in front of me? He said no. I asked him that, if I paid someone to pull the prints from that coincidental spot where the dent is, again coincidence, his prints wouldnt be there, in the exact spot, then he changed to yes because I was inspecting your car. So lets recap, called my wife a liar about what he quoted her, called me a liar, dented my car and doesnt want to fix it, and denies ever saying anything about any amounts for repair or that he dented my car, even if it was by mistake. Then he tries to insult me that the car is garbage, that it isnt worth much, that I cant afford a new car. I mean, this guy said everything under the sun to make a moot point that he will not win. I am no flower child so he heard what I had to say. I contacted the police so that I could get a report and was told to go to civil court but wouldnt write a report about it as it is not under criminal circumstances. I agreed that I would do that and that I dont believe he meant to damage the car. The officer said that if I have the document from the service, I can go to civil court and fight it there. I asked the guy if his name was the one the paper from the inspection. He just stared blankly at me, no answer, and then his employee wrote something on his cell and showed it to him. He nodded and ignored me. He asked me to leave and I asked him for his name again. He didnt answer and proceeded outside where he started to complain to the officer. The officer asked him if that was his name. However, I guess lying or not replying to a police officer can have consequences, so he answered that it was indeed him. I got in my car and left. I cant stress enough, stay away from this business. I will contacting my friends lawyer and we will see if he will not fix it. :) He will have to fix it and pay for more than he bargained for. That will teach him to be honest and humble but by my interaction with him, I highly doubt he is in business to be honest and humble after insulting me. This is an extremely honest, helpful, and professional repair-shop. Theyre open later than many, making them really helpful for drivers with *urgent problems.* I have gone there twice with bad tire problems and on both times Uche went above-and-beyond to prioritize my issue and fully correct it. On both times I was charged a very fair price. If all repair shops were like Ucino the world would be a much better place. Until then, Ucino is where I will be taking my business.

I moved here from out of state needing my vehicle to pass MD state inspection in order for my car to be registered. Not knowing anyone in MD to give me recommendations, I had to leave it to Google. I found this place and started reading the reviews and figured this place sounds legit, so I went to my inspection.My car needed ALOT of work. Being a female, you worry that a mechanic is going to take you for a fool. Many of the things wrong with my car, I already knew I needed because my nephew, who knows cars, told me in the past what I needed done to my car, I just never got around to it. So when Ucino Auto Repairs list of what I needed done was presented to me, I was surprised to see it was all stuff I already knew I needed. This guy was honest!It was pretty expensive to get my car fixed but he did it in one day. My car runs great now, passed inspection, and I feel so safe driving! I may be new to Maryland, but I found my mechanic. I would come here anytime and feel safe knowing the owner is trustworthy and knows what hes doing. Thank you so much!

Personally, Ive never had any problems with this particular auto repair shop. Ive brought my car to Ucino on several occasions, and each time I left happy. I am always satisfied with the services they offer, the jobs they do, and the prices. Previously, Ive taken my vehicle to other repair shops, but they didnt do an amazing job like Ucino. Hands down, Ucino is the cheapest I found, and the guys are fantastic to work with.

I had an leak in one of my tires and I was unable to drive the 30 miles home. I contacted the shop manager who told me to come in this was an hour before closing. I was in and out in 30 minutes outstanding job repairing the leak. I will come back here again.
