What a great shop. When you stop into Parkway; you are dealing with the company owners directly! Mr. O runs his shop well and his wife Diane manages the office. Great Honest people that do great work!! They helped us with a friends Chevy truck as well as her Mercedes E350. I love this place.

The service was excellent. I went there because my car was shaking in the rear. I was told that I needed struts and I got an oil change, too. I got my car back and it is driving so well. I will return there in the future for any repair issues.

These people are very unprofessional and thieves. They will steal out your vehicle and then blame that you misplaced or lost it. My car is still making noises and I will never go back to them and no one else should as well. The older lady at the front desk will get smart with you and take up for the employees her and her husband dont watch. They then want you to write a good review on them because they know theyre unprofessional and are thieves. They do more stealing then fixing vehicles.

Didnt have the best experience, the latch to open the hood was on my car when I brought it to them and now the piece is completely broke. they said it was already broke (which was lie) then it was another piece just sitting in the back that they removed. 1st and last time going to a back alley auto shop.
