I ran over someones muffler coming into Baltimore, with unpleasant-sounding results. I brought the car to Maishs since it was close and highly rated. They diagnosed the problem and repaired it in ten minutes, at no cost! I didnt think service like this still existed. Highly recommended.

I came here several years ago, when my old garage closed. Ive been treated fairly ever since, and the work has been good. No bogus charges, unnecessary work, wacky delays, or any other shenanigans.

They provide excellent customer service. I was in and out within in hour. Theyre very caring as well, as they showed concern re: a plug on the sidewall of my tire and encouraged me to replace the tire. Which I will. Thanks for providing honest work!

Cant say enough great things about this place! My vehicle broke down on an exit ramp outside of Baltimore and they really helped me out and got me back on the road as soon as possible. The were honest about the services they could provide, gave me a VERY fair price and were excellent about calling me to communicate the status of my repairs. It’s hard to find an auto repair shop that you can trust but this one is great. I recently had to replace all of my brakes and the mechanic also polished my headlights at no extra charge, which was incredibly sweet.

My tires were very low and all the gas station air machines in the immediate area were out of order or giving me trouble, I finally called Maishs and they allowed me to come over even though they were closing up. The man that filled my tires was so friendly. I often feel belittled by mechanics being a young woman, but I appreciated their willingness to help me out and will return when I need other services!

Love these guys! My parents went there when I was a kid and when I got my own car, I kept going there. They’re practical and pragmatic, and they know their stuff! I got new tires from firestone and they busted my suspension in the process of putting them on and they had the gall to say it would cost a grand to replace the whole suspension, took it to Maish’s and they said I just needed to replace the part that connected the suspension to the frame for $200.

Maishs is the most honest and knowledgeable auto shop Ive used in Baltimore. Great customer service, same-day repair, prices were fair (after doing comparative searches). They ran full diagnostic testing and left no stone unturned. I returned the next week because my car was driving strangely, and they identified and fixed the problem quickly at no charge. My car is now running perfectly. I would definitely return here in the future.

I have been going to maishs many years. Have great customer service. Prices are fare. They dont try to take advantage of you.

Chose this auto shop versus others in the area based on the closeness to my apartment and school, plus good online reviews. Customer service was excellent -- talking to the front desk staff in person and over the phone; the mechanic washed my car without asking or charge (for reference, I had my brakes, front rotors replaced, and wiper blades replaced for over $330). Also, have two adorable pugs behind the front desk. Overheard a regular customer ask and receive a ride from Maishs back to her university that wasnt within walking distance. Nice waiting room with plenty of comfy seats and reading material. Overall, I was very happy to find this gem of an auto shop.

Had them transfer 1 tire onto an alloy wheel and mount another tire and balance both. $40.00. Really fast, could have waited for it. Nice clean garage, clean waiting area family business. Nice experience.Will go back, would recommend.

I took my car to Maishs on a recommendation from my boss, hoping to figure out what the terrible metal screeching noise was coming from my car. I took the car in at 9:30 a.m, with no appointment, and dropped it off. I was called very quickly and told my rear brakes were no good. I picked my car up just 3 hours after dropping it off with new rear brakes, an oil change and a repaired tire that had a screw in it. The price was very fair and I was extremely impressed with how quickly they helped me. My car is like new now! If youre looking for an honest, no nonsense shop, Maishs is the place to go!

Although I am not familiar with auto repairs I never feel that I am being overcharged for any services and they take time time to explain the situation and show me whats wrong and provide recommendations/alternatives. They are also very efficient. There were a few times where they got me in a out within an hour. I would highly recommend them to others.

This place is top notch. The staff was very friendly! Not only did they not try to sell me work or products I did not need but they saved me money by showing me comparable brands that had the same specs but cost less. Ive found my new go to mechanic.

Heard about this place from a friend, tired of getting run around on why my car kept stalling. Been to Honda dealer, and 2 other shops and the same old story. Pay this much and it will fix the problem. Well needless to say it didnt, so I tried Maishs on a strong recommendation and finally my car is fixed! The guy in the office (Ray) listened to my complaint and didnt make me feel like I was wasting my time trying to explain my past troubles at other shops. This place is clean and the people seem very honest and most of all, my car now runs great. No more stalling at lights and people blowing their horns (gotta love Baltimore). They replaced my spark plugs and 2 coils and my bill was very reasonable and way less than the other shops who fixed nothing. Thanks Maishs

Our first trip to Baltimore to have surgery on our unborn triplets because of complications they are having inuetero. we were at the hospital for 6 days and immediately after leaving, 2 of our brake lines blew out i called them they came and towed us very fast. they repaired our van and got us on our way with great enthusiasm. i am happy i chose them to take care of my car. if i am ever in Baltimore again and have car trouble i already know where i am going to go

These guys are amazing! They took care of my car quickly and charged me 40% less than the dealer using the same oem parts. And if that wasnt enough, they also washed my car for free.

These guys are fantastic! I worked with them couple of times already. They know exactly why they are doing, unlike most dealership mechanics. They are very honest in their recommendations and very friendly. I had to go to a dealership because of a recall; before fixing the recall item (airbag inflators), they inspected my car for free and came up with a list of items to fix that amounted to $2000. They flagged many of them as safety concerns even though I never had any problem driving my car. When I hesitated to go for the repairs, the pressure started-- TOO MUCH. Unbelievable!!! I then took my car to Maish for a second opinion and brought with me the paperwork from the dealership with all their recommendations. These guys at Maish examined all the mentioned items and tested them, and showed and explained everything to me. It turns out the dealership was out to rip me off. All the things they suggested I change, including the brakes were in great working condition. No need to go and spend $2000 for nothing. These guys didnt even charge me for their time and explanation. Saved my day. They love their job, they know what they are doing, they are honest and hardworking. Kudos to them!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! They are disrespectful the wouldnt even listen to what i have to say. Then he tells me its not even worth looking at and the it would cost more then work the car was worth and alot of other bull×%#! He was saying. So i went down the street they fix my car no problem and it was under 500. So if he doesnt feel like he fixes what he wants.
