Cindy Kuhn is very rarely in her office for one reason or another. I strongly recommend notating dates and times of failed attempts when trying to reach her personally, as this could be an issue. However, when contact is achieved, the requested information from her is incorrect, missing, or both. That is, when... she finally makes herself available to deliver the incorrect/missing information. She also considers it to be a favor to you (the client) that she is finally supplying you with the incorrect/missing, information. In addition, be very cautious when filing a complaint against her as she will become even less available and will appear not to have your best interest at heart. In addition, she is disrespectful as well as she is confrontational when her presence is needed in the office. Especially, even more so after a complaint has been made. On another note, make sure you take doggie treats with you when you finally get your appointment, as her doggies could be sharing your appointment.. She is extremely unprofessional and appears to fester for months on events she had no control over, such as a customer complaint. Therefore, if you are in the market for an agent, where availability, timeliness, accuracy, as well as friendliness, respectfulness, is not of importance, I would most highly recommend Agent Cindy Kuhn to deliver on the above said.Sincerely,Vicki Roberts
