The facilities are excellent and well maintained, and the location is unbeatable (right across from Cross Street Market and a short walk to the Inner Harbor). But beyond that the staff have been incredible! The front office staff (Lethra and Jack) are so responsive, and any maintenance issues weve had have been fixed within 24 hours every time. I cant recommend this complex enough!

1111 Light Street Apts is one of the best apartment buildings I’ve lived in within the past 7 years. The staff is very friendly and helpful, also extremely attentive and responsive. The apartments are lovely and well kept. The leasing office specialists are wonderful and they have been very helpful in implementing safety measures in the building with the pandemic. The maintenance staff is also just as friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!

The building location is ideal, right in the heart of federal hill across from the Cross St. Market. Quick 10 minute walk to the inner harbor. The building is clean, has all of the standard amenities, a very nice courtyard, and club room. There’s also a nice little area for dogs. Easy access to a community rooftop deck with a spectacular view of the city!The staff is fantastic! You can tell how much they really care about the residents and how hard they try to make this a good experience for us. Maintenance is very responsive, attentive and friendly. The general pricing is also much lower then the surrounding area. You cannot go wrong with 1111 Light St!

We toured 1111 and were met with a knowledgeable staff (more so than other options in the area!) and were given flexible options. Although we didnt ultimately sign a lease (due to unrelated reasons), the staff was professional and other residents we know really enjoy their time leasing at 1111.

My roommate and I were looking for an apartment close to work and we were lucky to come across this place. Jack was extremely helpful through the entire move in process and always kept us up to date. The apartments are very modern and were more spacious than we both imagined. The gym is a nice touch for when I cant make it out but still want to exercise. The apartment is just a few blocks away from the hill and right by the market with many restaurants and stores nearby. Living in the city, I thought there would be more noise in the apartment but it hasnt been an issue so far. I am definitely looking forward to my time here.

Moving into 1111 Light was the best decision I could have ever made. After reviewing a few places in the Federal Hill area, without a doubt 1111 Light Street Apartment was at the top of my list. Truly a great value for the amazing amenities. The amazing amenities makes it a great building, but the caring staff members Jack, Lethra, and Darren makes it a home. They are truly the DREAM TEAM.

Location is great and the rooms are spacious-- the closets especially! 10/10 would recommend.

Asked to be toured by Jack Levy. Although, I did not end up signing a lease here, Jack gave an excellent tour. Communicated well through out. I can tell he is extremely passionate about his job. The facilities was neat and clean would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for nice upscale living in downtown Baltimore!

1111 Light Street is the most affordable apartment complex in Federal Hill. It is a block from all the best bars and restaurants in Fed. A couple of my friends live here and love it, I love coming over and hanging at their apartments. Rooftop terrace is a major plus

My girlfriend and I moved in a few months ago and couldnt be happier This is our first apartment and we really enjoy the place. The staff has been excellent as well, responding to emails quickly and having great face-to-face interaction. As we are new to the area, Brad and Metrea did a great job recommending places for a night out or a good breakfast. The apartment itself has proved to be very comfortable, the design is modern, simple, and laid out well. The entire grounds along with the fitness center, rooftop terrace, and outdoor yard are very well kept. No doubt this was the best choice in Federal Hill

Beautiful property ! I took a tour last week the staff is nice they have GREAT customer service, apartment square footage was a bit smaller than what I was looking for but otherwise great property

Used to work in this building. I had a package mailed there and they refused to hold it for me. Previous management/manager was great.

New management takes this place from 5 stars to 2 stars. Used to be great, no issues at all. In the last 4 months, they’ve removed couches and pool table from the club room, removed the furniture from the reading room and replaced with desks, torn apart the entire courtyard, and turned the lobby into an unkept mess with empty planters and construction materials everywhere. Community repairs not explicitly reported by residents go unnoticed such as outdoor lighting and broken doors. Long term residents are moving out due to these changes—————————————Edit: original post below from may 2018The buildings are well kept and the common areas are always cleaned. The staff are also overly friendly, especially the guy who does the cleaning. Good location and maintenance is always within a day or two.
