Very polite and quick no long wait..

I had bad experiences in 25 years getting my toes done, but, this place is the WORST, please don’t support, I wish I had read the reviews before I went. I could of done 100% better, (I didn’t because I’m going on vacation and had no time.)These pictures are from when I got home 20 minutes after I got my pedicure done. 😡

My nails always look great!

Ann did a beautiful job on my nails. I had first gone to the other place at the other end of the mall, they said they would do them then realized they had appointments coming in and said come back in an hour and a half. I’m so glad they did, Ann was faster and cheaper. I have finally found an awesome nail person. Ann does quality work!

Horrible service. I was overcharged for a low quality job. Wonam helping me was so rude, there was hardly any communication on her part.

The first time i got my nails done here 2 of them fell off THE NEXT DAY. I knew that was going to happen because the guy doing them, Henry, rushed through the whole proccess. Did my nails in literally 15 mins. I went there again to get my toes done (gel) and the same day i got them done 1 nail polish came off. The day after 4 came off !! I paid $50 for my toes and $50 for my nails!! Waste of time & money!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Paid $30 for a gel manicure. I had particles stuck in the polish and they didnt even cover my entire nail beds. I had to mention it and when I told them about the particles in the polish they buffed it out and tried to send me on my way when they took off the polish in that area.. very unprofessional I could have done it myself thats how the quality is they just want to rush you out the door save your money and go somewhere else

Even when the lady doing my nails was in a hurry to leave (it was closing time & I was the last client) my nails came out so beautiful ! Honestly the best set I have ever had !!!!

No seating area. We went a day before Easter worst mistake ever. We where in and out less then 10 minutes. He cut my big toe nail wrong and now I have a ingrown toenail. WORST PLACE EVER. you don’t see them clean out the tubes. UNSANITARY! Never again DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

THEY DO THE WORST JOB HERE . Ugly shape, not even what i asked for but yet they charged me 60 and when i told the guy it wasnt what i wanted he yelled it was just like picture. And it wasnt !they are so ugly, and are not what i asked for, they do a sloppy job . They are so rude. ! Horrible job.

Me and a friend got the same thing yet I was charged more. Pedicure was rushed as people kept coming in and they took all of them in even tho they were clearly understaffed. They literally DO NOT clean the basins for pedicures in between clients at all they literally dont even rinse them. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

Went in to get a mani pedi and it was horrible! My Gel came off I soon as I got home. I went in with my friend and she got charged less than I did for the same service. They were horrible and I will never go again.

When we went there were 4 of us and they took two of us back while they waited for seats, social distancing was practiced and sanitation was strong through out the shop. Even though they were busy they didnt rush through their work and they did an amazing job! Thank you!

Best place ever! I have recommended all my friends here! Ann & Gee are really good at nails and Tony is the best at pedicures. I never leave unsatisfied with my nails or feet! They take their time and my nails always last 2-3 weeks before a fill is needed.

Got a full set of acrylic nails today, not bad but kind of pricey. The lady took her time with my nails, filing them & shaping but she made them longer than I like. This place is decent if your wanting to get your nails done but be prepared to pay a lot more than your expecting.

They are the BEST!

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in to get stilettos with blended colors on my index fingers and I got horrible service. I got a lady who left me alone for a total of 25 minutes! I wanted black gloss nails but she said let’s do matte instead. She went to the back for 10 minutes, then after she got the colors she left me alone again to clean something else and to assist someone else. After she put the red tips on my index fingers, she was mixing the black and I saw it had glitter. I did not want glitter. So I told her and she said okay I’ll get another. She surprised me by coming back faster than last time. She puts the color in my nails and goes how’s this color. Before I answer I look at the container and it was the SAME GLITTER COLOR. All she did was TURN IT OVER so I could not see the name of the color. I was furious. I told her I wanted solid black NO GLITTER. She, without looking at me, angrily tells me “we don’t have black”. This woman lied to me, left me unattended for almost half an hour, and gave me the worst nails I’ve had. All my nails are different shapes and sizes and TWO days after I paid 65$ for this awful service, one of my nails flew off. It flew off very clean. No breaks, the whole thing came right off. All I did for my nail to fall off was wave. The same day it fell off I went to fix it. I told the people at the front desk about my service experience and showed them how awful my nails looked and all they did was smile, say “okay”, and crazy glued my nail back on. Then smiled again and said “okay”. I was so furious I got up and walked away. They did not apologize or offer me a discount for their horrible service. They just smiled.

I prefer to get my nails done by Chi. She is sweet, quick, and always happy to see me come in. Her ideas on nail colors/combinations are great. Anyone who goes in to see her wont leave disappointed!

Few days later my bow is still on nails still good. I love it. Fast and good customer service. I have been to some shops the bows fall off and the acrylic nails few days later already moving from the cuticles. From their work my nails still close to the cuticles.

Worst pedicure they use dirty tools.

I have visited Glamor Nails and Spa before and find their service to be very througho and professional. They only accept cash and they have an atm if you only have your card. I will go again.

They need a zero star!! I went in and got a pedicure. The guy was awkward the whole time! I left not happy! And I now have 4 ingrown nails.

First time I came here and wow I was impressed with the amount of colors they had. Good and new colors, color shades that look so 2017. I think they did a good job and they were quick too, Im very happy.

Got lashes put on. The girl took her time and did a good job.

Would highly recommend not coming here, one of the ladies completely rushed on my feet they look an absolute mess. Normally I dont complain but Im beyond mad at this point. I got the deluxe spa and she didnt even scrub my feet none of that, moved my things and placed it in a bag. Never coming here again.

Worst place ever. Guy was really rough with the pedicure. They don’t file your nails properly. They don’t paint your nails properly. There tools didn’t appear sanitized. They don’t use disposable bags for the tubs. Will honestly never go there again, a waste of money.

If there was an option of zero I would give it.4 people sitting doing nothing The Greener picking her toes and on her phone it has been an hour and still counting for a 20-minute wait to do my lashes. To be honest I dont know why Im still waiting the service .

Went in haven’t gotten my nails done in years so I asked for a short coffin nails she said yes I can. When she was filling them down on the sides omg it hurt so bad that I told her it hurt but still continued. When you placed my nails under the light thing they were stinking bad that I asked her is it supposed to hurt an nothing. I started bleeding from my pinky and once I got home I noticed you put to much super glue that I’m still trying to take off didn’t last a week and there breaking. Never again

Staff tries to please. The prices are listed however, the actual price is for something else for instance I wanted rounded nails but the price listed was for squared nails. Rounded cost more.

Ann is very good at her job. I usually make an appointment or go on a Wednesday less busy she always takes her time and is very detailed I have been going to her for 2 years

Worst service ever! My cousin was telling me how bad her experience was. Her fingers were full of glue, her nails are not smooth, and are uneven! Very rude and unprofessional customer service!!! Highly don’t recommend.

I used to go here all the time. They have plenty of seats so the wait isnt usually too long. Before this last experience, I loved them. Because of the quality of my nails, I will never go back there again. I always get a full set with gel polish. First of all, he put 2 nails on so cricked that he had to remove them and reapply them. After that, the man butchers my cuticles. Everyone of my fingers were bleeding. Before he put on the gel, I told him that the nails are still crooked so he attempted to file them down so that they would look a little straighter. It looked horrible; I have never had such a bad manicure, it was the worst.The price has always been 35 for the set and 30 for a fill. He charged me 40 for fill and when I asked why, he said because I had to remove the two nails. Mind you, hes talking about the nails he applied wrong. The cuts on my cuticles left marks that stood out more than my actual nails.I wouldnt advise anyone to go there.

They start you off with the really good lady whos the owner who sits upfront, then they hand you down to the newbies but still charge top dollar. Take personal calls while working on you, dont cut down length or file. Very poor work. Super disappointed. If I could post photos of my so called nail job I would.

Worst pedicure ever. I got the deluxe pedi and mani. While I did get the scrub and pumice stone on the calluses, I never recall the lady actually doing anything to my toenails or cuticles. My toenails were a black polish prior. I noticed when she was painting them with the new color, I still had black polish on some of my toenails so the old polish was never completely removed. The lady then swiped the nail polish across my toes, including the top coat which inevitably was all over my cuticles and skin. Yes, swiped sideways! There was no individual care to my toenails and my pedi looks like my 9-old did it. I called the lady out too but she spoke to me as if she didnt know what the fuss was about so I just left it as such. You cant win in these types of situations. I attempted to correct some of it at home, but the polish started peeling off because it had adhered to my cuticle causing it to lift from my nail. By the way, did I mention my manicure took longer than my 20 minute pedicure...Ive been going to this place for almost 20 years because a close friend knows the owners and she get really great work done. Over the years the service has been a hit at times, but overall a miss. Lesson learned, I will never go back.

Horrible quality of work ! The gal puts the lotion on me for a massage which I stated I didnt want one earlier, then she proceeds to SCOOP the lotion off of me and puts it right back in the bottle for their next customer!!! Disgusting! Dont waste your money ladies and gents!

Came into this place after being told to go to another nail shop that had cheaper prices..came in to find the lady who answered the phone sitting down getting a manicure laughing with the other employees. After continuing argument after being told customer service goes a long way i decided to get nl service and simply write a review PLEASE DONT SPEND MONEY HERE!!!!!

Went in for pedicure for my sister and I. A younger guy did my pedi didnt get a massage he just put lotion on my legs . My pedi lasted less than 20mins. He scratch me with his thumb nails . And he offered to cut my toe nails I did say very lil bcuz they werent too long and he cut them crooked . They are a backwards signal bar if that makes sense which isnt cute very noticeable. Also a few girls walked in asking for gel nails and he straight up got up from giving me a pedi to go do their nails didnt even wash his hands and came back to paint my nails after he finished them . And that was in my 20 minutes of service . Also he wiped my lotion off with a used towel from the girl next to me . Which I was like eww no thats used .no offense to the girl next to me but its not sanitary . I got charged 20 and my friend got charged 25 she did get French tip with her pedi ... which evry time she would ask my friend something she would giggle and speak in her language which is rude to do . Theres nothing wrong with speaking your language but when u ask a customer a question and one replys and u laugh and start speaking to ur coworker ..it looks bad. Also they only accept cash .Im assuming to avoid taxes since they are 1099 . Tax Evasion is a serious crime but ok . They have an atm there that charges .75 to withdrawl . Which its so small the ppl next to u can see ur pin and see how much ur getting . Theres no place to sit if theres a wait . Also my pedi had finished so I got up to look for a chair and there wasnt so I figured since no one was getting their toes done i could remain in the pedi chair i was in till i left which would be 5 min or less ... and i was asked to not sit there . And a worker sat in it to ensure i wouldnt.

One woman there is great who does a great job on my acrylics, she is the whole reason for the 2nd star. But I have only ever had 1 pedi in my life and it was here and the whole time the guy was rude and talking bad about my feet. I had just wanted a nice relaxing morning on my wedding day and he was ruining it and in the end he did something to one of my toes and it hurt all night. The rest of the women are inattentive and rude, 1 was on her phone the whole time and took almost twice as long to get my nails done, 1 was terrible and the nails came off in a couple days (normally last 3 weeks), the older woman always hurts my hands and is so mean to me.

Mani pedi for my daughter $47 not gels either! Soooo bad! 15 minutes to do both! Very sloppy work! Will not go back!

Worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. The employees were laughing at me and talking about my daughter and other customers rudely in front of us. They kept trying to pressure both of us to get gel on top of our acrylics. When we would not they said they were out of the color I wanted. Both of our nails look awful. Dont waste your time or money.

Rude and expensive. Went in to get my nails done. I asked for shirt almond shaped acrylics with gems and art. They said 45. I was fine with that. I already had old acrylics that I needed to be removed. Done very painfully. But I said nothing. I later ask for gel and they say 15 more. I was like fine sure. Got the paint on and they dont do the glitter I wanted so I had to demand then add the glitter I asked for. Then later I had to ask again for gems that costed me another 15 dollars when earlier they said it was included. I ended up spending 65 dollars and no art. I just wanted a simple design. Never going there again. Rude overpriced and not very good work. Im going back to labhei s.

Came on my birthday to get a pedicure, extremely rushed and painful. Then to top it off the paint job was horrible had to come back the next day to get it fixed(which they did, so that was great by a different person) but inconvenient and made me feel uncomfortable about even wanting them redone when it was a obvious horrible job.

Paid 60 dollars for nails that only lasted 6 days and the rhinestones fell off in 3 days !!! Not only that but the polish looked so uneven and sheer. Never again !!

I came here to get gel nails. I got a spakle white color, it got all over my hands, then she proceds to start a flower design, a horrible pink and black dot flower, the worst part was when I said i did not want this she completely ignored at and finished the flower.

Pedicures are amazing, buuuut do not recommend nails. They do not listen when you tell them how you want your nails; very thick and I just got them done and one broke already

Got a pedi/mani. The guy that did my mani was so rough and cut me 4 times. The lady that did my pedi cut my toe so bad that it took a few minutes to stop bleeding. They were both in such a hurry and it wasnt even busy. The callus remover that they charge $10 for literally was burning my skin. Worst experience ever and they charged me $30 for the pedi and $17 for the mani. Wouldnt give a discount or anything. Will never return. They are awful!!!!!

Very bad work!!!!! lady that did my nails was rude, and did a horrible job she did whatever she wanted, i wanted long coffin nails and she did short coffin/square nails, my nails arent even and when i told her they werent even she was rude and said OK so what do you want and she didnt fix it for sure not going back to her im very unsatisfied :(

Took my girlfriend to get her nails done yesterday and the chart said they charge $25 for full set and she charged me $40 and I told her that the charts $25 but she insisted me to pay $40 so I did but Im never taking my girlfriend there for her nails!! Dont recommend doing your nails there.

Horrible service, they were over filling my nails, I had to keep telling the lady doing my pedicure that she was burning my nails, she would just smile and say sorry, most painful pedicure I have ever had to remove gel polish, the guy doing my manicure put the polish over my cuticles, witch will make it lift, when I let them know he just clipped away the polish from my cuticles and said sorry, worst manicure ever as well.
