I came here al the time but when i came into today she was in thr phoen not paying attention and took off the frint of my eyebrow!!! i dont recommend them

Got my eyebrows done and tented . This place was the only one that I walked out confident about my brows ! I grew my brows out for at least 3 months & she listened also understood what I wanted and achieved that ! Found my new eyebrow lady 👌 * added a pic of my before and after brows

Best eyebrow threading! I love that they have multiple locations so it doesn’t matter what side of town I am in I can always stop by. Great prices as well.

Did an amazing job, even brows, and they kept them thick exactly as I asked. I didn’t know what shape I wanted precisely and asked her to make them fit my face, they cane out with a fabulous arch!!

This was my first and LAST time getting my eyebrows threading here. Never again! The lady made my brows so uneven and kept constantly breaking the thread. In my 6 min threading she broke the thread about 25 and Im not even being dramatic! She seemed like she really didnt know what she was doing and left my brows looking a mess and she didnt cut them nor did she try to clean them up with tweezers. Highly disappointed!

Ive been going to this establishment for quite sometime, but today was the worst experience Ive had with them. I knew there was a problem when the first girl called over another girl and they started talking in their native tongue. Come to find out, they messed up my eyebrows by over threading and over trimming. Then one chick had the nerve to say she trimmed it according to the shape of my brow. The other one was just as shady saying she was just a cleaner (whatever that means). The only saving grace was after a few more excuses from them, ranging from how I can grow it back and how it didnt look too bad, they finally apologized and said I didnt need to pay for the service. I am sad to say, I will no longer go back to this place!

My eyebrows ended up crooked, and one was longer than the other. I asked her to fix it and she somehow made it worse.

Do not go here for your eyebrows. Mine are uneven. When I asked for them to be evened out she kept taking more off the one that already had less than the other. Very disappointed. Will not go again
