Dr.Tolley was professional and caring towards my horse. Dr. Tolley took the time to explain the condition of my horse and how to treat the wound. He was able to treat my horse wound and provided medication, antibiotics, and kit with treatment material (sheet cotton etc).I’m coming back to treat my horse teeth and sheath clean. The receptionist was friendly and kind. Dr. Tolley prices are affordable. I highly recommend Dr. Tolley he very knowledgeable.

The receptionist that picked up was rude, so right away I knew this was going to be a bad experience. I got in contact with the Vet over the phone and he had no idea what he was saying. I called at around 1:30am because my horse was experiencing colic symptoms. I wanted to know if there anything we can do in the mean time while our vet opens up in the morning. He was silent for most of the phone call and kept saying “umm” “not to sure” and “he needs medication”. What angered me most was when he said it was too early in the morning and I would have to wait until 8am (when they opened) for my horse to be seen! I was trying to explain the situation when he HUNG UP! Don’t be an oncall veterinarian if waking you up in an emergency is too much to handle!! I received no help at all, completely unprofessional!!

I called in last Thursday night with an equine emergency (colic) and my horse was traveling and stabled at a ranch without cell service. I called from my hotel to get more advice on what to do as local vets werent calling me back. I left my horse with Banamine and seemingly not in critical condition but knew she had an impaction brewing. The vet that was on call that night (an older gentleman) was so put out by me waking him up after 10pm he was short, curt and confused why I had let several hours go by and not called him when I was with the horse. I didnt have cell service and needed to talk through what to do before driving back out to the ranch. Anyway, I have never before been treated so rudely by a vet who said, and I quote, Frankly I dont want to be out with a horse at 2am right before I hung up on him. DONT BE A VET IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS AND PEOPLE! Shame on you! Beware about using their emergency large animal services. Maybe someone should retire if they truly dont want to do their jobs.....
