I ordered a pallet from garland Texas and first the shipping company damaged my item and then attempted to still send it to. Luckily I had checked before it being at my location. So I had to have the company I bought from re-reroute it back. After a week I think everything is fine and then get an email saying my pallet was out for delivery and to expect it. I had to call and have them fix it. I kid you not every 3-5 days x3 for three weeks they did this to me. Crippling my business while saying “what’s your tracking not to worry” I wonder how they operate? I am way blown away by this.
Would give this place negative rating if I could. Wish I could cuss on this review, but I will use a bleep instead. This bleeping courier service isnt worth bleep. I call two days in a row and they repeatedly assure me that my package will arrive that day. Does it show up? Bleep no it doesnt. If you value your money, time or sanity, dont use this bleeping company and encourage any companies who do business with this piece of bleep courier service to immediately sever ties. I cant even express how bleeping frustrated I am. And dont you even dare to bleeping give me a canned PR repsonse to this review. Go bleep yourself, seriously. BLEEP YOU TFORCE YOU ARE THEEEEE WORST

I ordered a mini fridge from home depot and i paid to have it delivered by a certain time and they havent even picked it up from the store and nobody at the shipper has answered the phone. i need my mini fridge. i paid to have it delivered between 10am-2pm that way i could get it running before work.
Worse Delivery Company EVER! I placed an online order from Office Depo apparently, they use this company for deliveries and MAN they are the worse! My package has been rescheduled twice reason “No one at Location” REALLY!? We were home all day waiting for this delivery only for them to send an email saying they will attempt to deliver the next day due to no one at location. Second day, same thing! Oh and phone calls, do not even bother. I tried calling them every time after each email just to wait for 1hr on the phone with no answer. I will definitely cancel my order. WASTE. Sadly I have to give 1 star. they dont even deserve that.
2 weeks late on my order from ikea. When tracking the shipment it’s says will be delivered by the end of the day, same message for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks I’ve got a message saying customer refused to accept the order and it got canceled, which I definitely never did!!!
