Trevor and Burth arrived at the promised time today and cheerfully and efficiently picked up my interior doors for return. They even called 20 minutes in advance so I could be ready for them.In fact, I have had several contacts with Central Valley Courier over these darn doors. Everyone has been very helpful and cheerfully cooperative. No one wants to deal with a mail order return, especially something so large, but they all worked with me and made everything go smoothly. Definitely would use them again.

Here’s the thing: our cash register down literally in the late hours of the evening. We found one in the Bakersfield area, which is more than an hour away. I spoke to the manager Don, who was so kind and accommodating. He assured me that would be delivered ASAP and he was right! It’s not often you find such reliability and hospitality. Thank you Don!

Jacob and Marcus were awesome! When bringing in our giant bed my husband wanted in on place (wrong place) and I told them the right place and the guys just said no worry, so they moved it very happily to the RIGHT place. It was just kinda funny but Marcus and Jacob were very willing to be of great service! Hope Wayfair keeps using them!

The delivery men, Trevor and Burth, called 30 minutes prior to arrival, to let me know they’d be on their way and were professional upon delivery. They were careful with the placement of my order which I fully appreciated. I hope Wayfair continues to use them in the future because they did great!
